Highly recommend!
We hired Chad at East Avenue Design + Build to complete our main level bathroom remodel. Chad worked with our budget to design, demo, and re-build a beautiful and functional bathroom we can enjoy for many years to come. Throughout the entire process, Chad responded quickly to any concern, question, or issue that came up. Chad’s clear communication and quick response time is unmatched! We will definitely hire Chad again for our future projects.
Also of note: During our project, Chad took time out of his busy morning to help our elderly neighbor control their broken main water valve that was pouring water out into the street. Another example of how genuinely nice and caring Chad is, not only for his clients, but also for their neighbors and the community. -
Len and his crew did an amazing job on my kitchen/living room remodel. It was on time, under budget and looks great. I'm very proud to show off my home now to friends and family.

We used L.S. Panas for a full kitchen and bath remodel and couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. Their team delivered high-quality work, stayed on schedule, and offered thoughtful recommendations that truly elevated the final design. The entire process felt seamless, and the finished spaces look incredible. We’re absolutely thrilled and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel!

Don Mueller has led two Panas projects for us. He's solution-oriented and is happy to work with us to find the best path forward.
The team: Quality workmanship. Extremely easy to work with. Totally trustworthy.
The first project was an addition, the second was insurance-related. (A car hit our home.) Don worked almost everything out with the insurance company so that I didn't have to play "monkey in the middle". -
This summer-fall (2023) we had L.S. Panas & Associates upgrade our pool house by adding a bathroom including shower and toilet; and a closet. Not an easy task when there were no utilities there at all. They had a narrow space to work with around the pool deck to bring in a new sewer line and water line; plus they upgraded the electrical. We consider ourselves picky, but they had even higher standards. Lucas was a great GC (if we win the lottery we are taking him to Italy to build our dream home). On time, on budget, and great communication along the way.

Len, Marianne and the Panas team did an incredible job of transforming our home into exactly what we envisioned. Their attention to detail from constructing our two-story granite fireplace to eliminating an extra bedroom to make room for our spa-like master bath and walk in closet. Marianne was our personal concierge throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Kudos to the entire LS Panas team! -
Just the best on the are…

Great service and quality workmanship. I hired them last month to remodel one of the bathrooms and they did great. In less than a week I was enjoying my newly remodeled bathroom. The owner was very knowledgeable and had great ideas. I would strongly recommend them!!!

Stop searching and call premier crafters now!
This review is broken up into the following 4 sections:
1) TL;DR
2) Work to be completed
3) Beginning: assessment & quote
4) Middle: construction
5) End: completion
6) Final Thoughts
1) TL;DR –
I can’t recommend this contractor strongly enough; we had a fantastic experience! The customer service and speed of project completion was exceptional. They were flexible and understanding throughout the entire project. The on-site workers responded to a nasty water leak immediately (which was actually my fault) and fixed it and cleaned up my mess.
2) Work to be completed —
We needed a second living room turned into a bedroom with a closet, 3 bathrooms updated (2 old vanities removed, 3 old toilets removed, 3 old lights removed, 1 old mirror removed, old accents removed, 3 new toilets installed, 2 new vanities installed [one of which was a 60” beast which needed to be carried up 3 flights of stairs], 3 new lights installed, and 1 bathroom fan installed), 2 fans created & installed in the living room, two kitchen island lights created/installed, I think 12 total light fixtures replaced, dishwasher & stove installed, over the range microwave installed & original hood/fan removed, about 35 sq ft of wood flooring removed, all door handles, hinges, and door stops replaced (maybe 25 sets?), multiple outlets and cable jacks moved, gas fireplace made functional again, new garage light created/installed, a sliding glass door removed and new French door (with size modifications) installed, repair broken front door frame, create wainscoting in kitchen, install 9 new blinds, paint entire interior of a 2000sq ft home, paint kitchen cabinets, remove wallpaper, and install 2 support posts under new kitchen island.
We just bought the home and it hadn’t been touched in about 20 years. This could be considered a compilation of many smaller projects, but still a considerable amount of work, nonetheless.
3) Beginning: assessment & quote —
I called A LOT of contractors for an assessment and I have good news for you as a consumer: there’s a lot of talent out there with incredible prices. I’ll give a special shout out to Brown’s Custom Contracting and MaxTor who had good prices and filled me with confidence. The quote process was great with them and their pricing was very good, but we went with Premier because it fit our timeline and John’s attention to detail.
It began with John Strajevschi, who we came to know as “The Moldavian Magician.” Out of the 10 contractor’s we had quote our project he was the only one to mention the fire suppression system, code requirements, and licenses and permits for the project. This attention to detail is why we chose John & Premier Crafters to lead our project.
4) Middle: construction —
The pictures speak for themselves. Everything listed above took 3-4 weeks. We had partially moved into the house but the workers had free reign of the home for 3 weeks.
I have to point the finger at myself here: we were bad clients and John was very very patient with us. Since we were new to the home our vision of what we wanted and what needed to be done continued to grow and morph. Every day we’d find a new problem or outlet that didn’t work or something just plain wrong. And everyday we’d call/text/e-mail John and say, “John, I’m sorry but can we please…(insert additional work here)…” And every time John would acquiesce our request. This patience was greatly appreciated. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for contractors to juggle multiple projects while one (or many of them) continue to change and grow into something bigger.
The water leak: that’s my bad. On the third floor I didn’t tighten my washing machine’s hoses as much as I should have and did a test run to make sure it was good. Minutes later, the floor below was showing water on the ceiling. The workers on-site stopped everything and responded to my blunder. The cut a hole in the 2nd floor ceiling to see what was going on, dried everything out, tightened up the washer install, and then patched -
For me they are the best remodeling team in the entire Silver Spring Maryland! I have seen their work also and others. The kind of satisfaction I have gotten from your side is quite impressive. So I would like to approach them in the future for all my projects. Keep it up, guys!

Jon and his team were always punctual and he maintained communication with me throughout the process. What I appreciated most was the fact that he did not just do what I suggested; he gave me ideas on how to improve my design and it paid off. He alleviated all my concerns and it was obvious that he was interested in the work being done.
I would definitely hire Premier Crafters again!! -
It's not easy to find someone that specialises in basement finishing, but thanks to Premiere Crafters, I'd give them a 10 out of 10. They were extremely disciplined and well-mannered. The materials they used were also of high grade. I am quite pleased with the results. My basement has been transformed into a sophisticated library area. Congratulations, gentlemen!

I am very thankful to John and his team for all the work that was done in my basement and how he handled the entire project. My basement looks amazing, new bar with granite counter top, new bathroom with warm floors. Quality and professionalism is how I would describe Premier Crafters. Thanks for everything, you are the best!!!

Premier Crafters is a small company excellently managed. It has workers of superb quality. Unlike many other firms, the owner knows the construction trade thoroughly, made valuable advice on the design of the bathroom and came often to supervise the work. The workers were extremely polite.
The result was - the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen. -
I hired this guys last year to remodel my basement and they are awesome.
We are still enjoying our basement.
John is really professional. We got the estimate and we started to get the job done. I was impressed about the time. John told us that the guys will need 6-7 weeks and we got the finished basement in 5 weeks. All the estimators we got in promised us that it will take minimum 8-9 weeks but we got it in 5 weeks. Thank you!!!!
