Our experience could not have been better.
Due to a major fall down our basement stairs the left my wife with an ankle broken in two places and the same foot with one break, we found it necessary to move the laundry room from the basement to a room on the first floor, as well as remove the tub from a first floor bathroom and replace it with a walk-in shower. In addition we remodeled the entire bathroom. From planning to the actual work and finished project we were extremely please with Home Solutions and those who represented the company. Throughout the planning and implementation stages of our project the Home Solutions personnel were helpful in their suggestions, knowledgeable of their products, and accurate in the quality of the workmanship and service we would receive. Everything was done in a timely manner with updates given each morning and at the close of the workday. All work areas were left free of debris and cleaned each evening. The work ethic and conduct of the employees was exemplary. We felt very comfortable leaving our home for errands while they were present. All of the workers did an excellent job, but we especially wish to acknowledge the efforts, workmanship, and suggestions of Riley while completing our project. The owner, Mike Phillips conveyed of real feeling of integrity, concern for the customer, and a strong sense of values and family. We are proud to have been a part of his Home Solutions family while our remodeling took place.

Home Solutions is definitely a company to strongly consider for renovation projects. We are very happy with their update of our kitchen. It's like night and day. Their craftsmen were all top notch pros, and fun to have around. We were also impressed by the office staff.

Shortly before Christmas Home Solutions sent workmen to give me a new bathroom with a walk in shower. Two men came and took out my old tub and shower. They worked very hard. They kept the dirt and dust in the work area. They were very polite and careful and hard working. They took a break over Christmas. Two new workers came and finished my bathroom. I am very pleased with the end result.Using my new walk in shower is a great improvement which I wish I had done sooner.Thank you Home Solutions for the excellent work.I am very grateful for the four men who worked here. Thank you. I appreciate the great work you did at my home.

Home Solutions renovated one of our bathrooms and did an awesome job! Elliott was the the lead on the project and was excellent. He took pride it what he did, communicated very well, and was conscientious on keeping the work area clean. Parker and Aaron assisted at certain times and were also very good. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Home Solutions for any project needed.

We recently used Home Solutions for a complete remodeling of our guest bathroom and were very happy with the results.

Home Solutions did a fantastic job with 2 projects in our older (100 year+) home. In 2022 they converted a small bedroom and landing area into an ensuite. We had several contractors give estimates that made us think the logistics and cost would be too much to handle. McKay and team, on the other hand, were excited about the project and shared pictures of a similar remodel they had done with the same kind of space constraints. Their estimate was reasonable and specific, so we never ran into hidden costs or upcharges. The crew was hard working, professional and friendly. They were always glad to answer questions or listen to our suggestions. Two years out, we are still delighted with our new space. We were so happy with the work that we called them again this fall to make the first-floor shower accessible for our senior family member. They got our project started ASAP and completed the install and finishing touches in 4 days, including 2 sturdy, sleek grab bars. The new shower looks great, and is much safer than the old shower/tub combo. Everyone--front office, demo, install, drywall and paint crew--was fantastic during both projects. Highly recommend!

The team that I worked with at Home Solutions made my vision of my bathroom remodel come to life! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and explained their goals at the beginning of each day, and had no issues of letting you peek in while they worked. And at the end of each day, the space was cleaned of any debris and a progress report was conveyed.

My project had a couple of really minor hiccups at the very end, but when addressed they were taken care of in a prompt and professional manner! I highly recommend Home Solutions of Maumee Valley for your remodeling needs...I know I am already planning my next project.

We replaced the showers and exhaust fans in 3 bathrooms and we were kept in the loop during the entire process and all went well except for 1 concern we noticed after completion but when we contacted McKay he sent a tradesman out to correct the concern that same day and he resolved the issue.

We truly enjoyed our experience with Home Solutions of Maumee Valley. They remodeled our kitchen and we are so happy with the results. Price was fair, work was outstanding, communication was solid. I am recommending Home Solutions of Maumee Valley to all my friends and family.

Each person who worked on our room followed the golden rule, treating us as they would wish to be treated. From the first visit until the very last touch was put on the room, they understood what we hoped for and worked hard to make it happen. They always answered our questions, returning emails and phone calls promptly. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. We could rest assured that everything would be taken care of, and it was. The persons who built the room are true artists and craftsmen. They were polite, and so nice to work with. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day. Their attention to detail made our room the special place we had hoped for. We know we made the right choice with Home Solutions. We would gladly ask them to do another project for us and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a renovation of their home.

Home Solutions of MV did an excellent job on my bathroom. From my initial sit-down with Mike to the final reveal, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Elliott created beautiful custom wainscoting, installed the vanity, and laid down tile-look luxury vinyl flooring. They truly handled everything tile, toilet, vanity, wainscoting, staining and even went above and beyond by fixing a loose bedroom door handle.

I’m thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them. I definitely plan on using Home Solutions of MV again for future home projects.

My bathroom remodel was fantastic a complete transformation. Elliott and Parker did a wonderful job. I have dealt with other contractors and they would always leave a mess. These guys cleaned up so well I didn't have to do any extra work. The bathroom is beautiful and it's hard to believe the original bathroom.

For safety reasons in particular as I am a senior citizen I wanted a walk in shower. I got my three estimates and chose Home Solutions of Maumee Valley. Their product is superior and looks great. Parker who did the installation was so respectful. I feel honored that he did the work for me. I really made the right choice!

We love both areas and appreciate the expertise and quality of the workmanship. Every person I encountered during the process was friendly and courteous.
