Very poor experience! Paid for design that does not fit my kitchen. After expressing my disappointment to owner I was not given any consideration for reimbursement. I would not recommend this company.

CRD was great and the whole process was great with the team members who installed our floors. Chad, Austin, Jon, & Jim did a great job of communicating when it came to the installation and if we needed to verify anything. Highly recommend them for flooring needs.

MJ was great to work with and helped make the selection process a breeze! Brennan, Derek, and Phil were very professional as they dilegently worked through some unexpected hurdles to complete a quality install.

Fantastic job! My kitchen is stunning thanks to all the help from MJ and Joe for design and product selection. They really helped me maximize my space! MJ was great at communicating with me on details and meeting me several times to go over products. The daily on-site team was led by Chad who was great at coming up with solutions to any issues with renovating a kitchen in an older house. The same core guys, Jim, Javi and Carlos, worked with Chad daily at my house and were always professional and hard working. The attention to detail by Joe and the team exceeded my expectations. Joe stopped by several times to make sure things were being done to the highest of standards. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend CRD. I will be calling them for my next project!

We hired CRD Construction to remodel our bathroom, and we’re very happy with the final results. While the project took a little longer than initially expected and we ran into a few snags along the way, the team did everything they could to keep the project moving and kept us informed throughout the process.

I’m so excited by the results of my latest project with Hamtil Construction in 2026. I’ve been working with Hamtil since 2021 on various home improvement and repair projects. This time I had them update my basement, (new carpeting, paint, lighting, repairs), completely redo the basement bathroom, and update my powder room on the first floor.
As with other projects, it starts with “Passionate” Paul and “Kreative” Kerry. They did not disappoint in the planning and designing of my project by listening to my wants, and designing what works for me and looks amazing. “Kind” Kurt was my project manager. He was easy to work with as my project started and then as it evolved into the incredible final result. While there were many Hamtil contributors, subcontractors and inspectors who worked on my project, Kurt coordinated everyone to make it high quality, functional and beautiful. Jackson “of All Trades” and “Able” Aaron talents were key in the implementation and synchronization of the many parts of my project. Of course, Dynamic Dave Hamtil oversaw my project construction, but trusts his people to get things done to Hamtil’s high standards of workmanship and customer service. I also want to call out a subcontractor, “Remarkable” Rich from RCH tile for his artistic talents and kind-heartedness in making my tile work so “rich”, fun, and pretty.
I enjoy working with Hamtil for their communication, conscientiousness, and crews. They will be my first call whenever I need improvements or remodeling at my home.

Hamtil Construction did a wonderful job on our basement project. They paid attention to all the little details, but were also expedient in getting the job done. We could not be happier with the results!

Hamtil Construction transformed our only full bathroom into a master bath going into our bedroom. In addition they reconstructed a small bedroom into a full hall bath. Many options were discussed and decisions made based on our goals and an older style home. They were wonderful to work with and provided knowledge at each stage from the planning to the construction. As any challenges or issued arrived we were well informed and discussed our options for the best results. Our new bathrooms are a beautiful part to our older home.

Great team. We have worked with them for 5-6 different projects including main floor remodel, front entry, flatwork, patios, deck, bathroom remodel, basement remodel and even small projects like a custom corner cabinet. All work is done to exacting precision and all efforts are made to make sure you are well prepared, informed, and engaged through the process. We have become somewhat old acquaintances at this point and Ive even reached out to them for advice on DIY projects concerning materials, methods and techniques. They even donated materials for one of my son's Scout projects. They are design and build focused, but also just solid business owners who treat their workers well. One day they did not show up to work (planned ahead, it was on their work planning calendar) so that they could do volunteer work for the community. Their work will not be cheap, but these are folks who will get it done, professionally, with permits and plans, and will SHOW UP and FOLLOW UP. Any issue I have had (even years later), they will investigate to make sure its not an issue related to shifting/settling or construction issue. If your looking for the cheapest you can go, look elsewhere. If you want to just make sure its done, correctly, with no surprises or glitches, go with Hamtil.

We could not be happier with our experience with Paul and Dave Hamtil. They are experts at running a professional, organized, efficient and clean project. The end result looks better than we envisioned, and we are looking forward to working with Paul and Dave again on future projects.
Background: We heard about Hamtil Construction from an aunt/uncle, who were extremely satisfied with their recent remodel. After checking out Hamtil’s reviews online, we quickly setup a time to have Paul come over to bid our project. When he came out for the estimate, Paul was timely, professional and asked all the right questions. He provided a detailed estimate a few days later and was able to accommodate our somewhat-ridiculous time frame (we only had a week to complete construction prior to our move-in date). We signed the contract and met Paul (on a Sunday afternoon snow day!) at the house to finalize logistics for the work starting on Monday. Dave managed / completed all the work at our home. The project included removing half of a wall between the kitchen and dining room, restructuring header/doorway, adding electrical outlets/circuit and installing quartz countertops. Dave just spent the first day just prepping – he laid RAM Board on all the floors and installed temporary plastic walls to contain all dust/debris. It was impressive – my wife joked it looked like a scene from Dexter (haha). Dave worked hard on our project, often staying until 6:00 pm or later to finish various steps. He would call/text if he had questions throughout the day. One day he noticed some improper electrical work, so we worked out a change order over the phone to immediately correct it. As promised, the work was completed on Friday (one week), and the special order quartz counter-tops were installed the following Monday. Paul had supervised the counter-top template, and Dave managed the install. They left everything spotless before they left. Our overall experience was fantastic.

I was very happy with the work that Hamtil did for me. We remodeled our upstairs and master suite. The work they did was great, they only use experienced people who have great attention to detail. They also stayed right on schedule. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I met with a number on contractors and ended up going with Hamtil for my full remodel plus new garage construction. I am so glad I went with Hamtil and highly recommend them. Excellent communication, service, and quality of work. I will go with them again for any future remodeling/new construction.
