Ridiculously overpriced estimate.... I guess if you were to win Powerball this would your company to hire! Trust me... Take your time and look around! Got estimate for basic refloor of bathroom, size 4x8,lil bitty bathroom, (possibly not even needing subfloor) and using cheapest linoleum (was just at Lowes pricing Sq footage) and laying out luon board and linoleum in kitchen sized 7x11. But you would have to subtract a substantial amount from actual floor Sq footage due to the countertop size... I have had 2 estimates so far. One for 5600 which is too high... And one for 3900... Which is about right! Now mind you.... This would be only cost for labor as I already have all wood needed. And I will be going and getting my linoleum already cut myself. But yet this lady quoted me at..... 15000 to 20000.... And this is for my rental property I might add. Not for my home!! And I am a very fair and honest individual. This quote speaks for itself. No need to say anything else!!!

I've been attempting to get a quote from this company since 3/22/2024 and am continuously ghosted by the project manager. I've worked with several contractors over the past year remodeling our home and this has been by far the worst experience.

Called to schedule a Quote, on their website it says 'get a free Quote" but when i spoke with their sales lady she off the bat quoted 20K without knowing the size of of deck and she said it would be 50 dollars for a Quote.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The quality of their work is second to none. They answered any and all questions in a timely manner and informed us of previous inconsistencies in work that they were able to correct. I will be using this company for any and all of my future home projects.

I had a pretty big project to do, complete gut and remodel of an full bathroom. In addition, carpet in all three bedrooms, expanding my kitchen and moving appliances with possible expansion off the deck. Doug came in to do the quote and said he will get it to me in a few days. No later than Friday before 5pm and he would text me as soon as he sent it, he said. Friday came; at 4:30pm and I decided to give them a call before they closed. The lady on the phone went and checked up on it and she assured me he was finishing up with it and sending very shortly. Nothing came through, not even a text as he told me he would. I just thought I’m not chasing, I’ll go elsewhere. Monday finally came around after 9am and I get a text from Doug stating I sent the quote yesterday. I never received an email or a text stating he sent it. He sent it to the wrong email address. At this point there was way too many issues. This was going to be over $50k project just in labor and counting and apparently I wasn’t important enough. Plus, I talked to him about redoing my deck. I hired a different contractor.

On time, respectful of property and cleaned up afterwards each day. MJ, Javi, Vino, Brennen and Ryan, from Glick Electrical, all did a great Job. And Airstream plumbing for their assistance.

My office construction project ran very smoothly. Contractors were friendly, efficient and all was cleaned up to the point it didn't even look like a project was even going on! I will definitely use this company again and have even given out the card to others.

CRD Construction has done work in our building twice now. Each job has consisted of the usual and unusual issues that arise with construction and remodeling. The team handles the process professionally, with courtesy, cleanliness and minimal interruption to the business. I would highly recommend CRD for any project big or small and would not hesitate to call them for their expertise again!

Professional, timely customer service. Lovely office space. I was quoted an appx cost of 30k for a basic half bathroom in finished attic or full bath in finished basement. Given there is no onsite quote initially and without a fee, It might be good to provide some type of ballpark estimate over the Phone or zoom for customers before the office meeting so there is no wasted time or gas - that is a cost in itself. Thanks

I couldn't be happier with the work that Counts Remodel and Design did on my house. This is a very professional, hard working company. All of the work was done in a timely fashion and the guys never left a mess for me to clean up. Joe was great with keeping in contact with me and answering any questions or addressing any concerns that I had. When the work was finished, I posted a picture of my new kitchen on Facebook. The owner, Andrew, saw the picture and contacted me because something in the kitchen just didn't look right to him. He came out personally to take a look at the kitchen, made a suggestion and added what needed to be added. Andrew was right! It was the finishing touch that was needed and my kitchen looks WONDERFUL! Talk about integrity!! I highly recommend CRD to anyone who needs work done to their home or property and look forward to working with them in the future.

If you're thinking of a patio this spring, you need to contact CRD now to have them design the perfect outdoor space for you. They're not only amazing patio builders, they have an amazing showroom where you can check out all your materials first. I'd contact CRD before they're booked out.

We worked with CRD Construction to have our deck rebuilt. From discussing options for decking materials and finalizing the design through the demolition of the old deck and construction of the new deck, we were extremely pleased with the knowledge and expertise of the team and the quality of their work. The finished deck is beautiful. We would definitely work with CRD Construction again.
