Our experience with this company was very negative. The employee who we initially worked with was responsive and friendly, at first. But once it was determined that insurance would only cover a localized repair of the damaged siding, and that they would not cover siding replacement for the entire house, the employee quit responding to any of my calls, emails, or texts. It is also important to note that when this same person first came to inspect the damaged siding in February, he removed the damaged pieces, which were damaged, but at least still in place and protecting the underside of the house. He then covered most of the exposed area with a tarp. Someone else came out to inspect the damage again in May, after months of me calling their office and asking for the work to be performed. He reassured us that they would get the work done soon. They never got back to us after that second visit. We have since found a different company to work with, and I suggest others do the same.

I contacted CRD Construction because I was looking for a deck builder. I visited their showroom to look at their different deck materials. And WOW I was impressed with their selection. I highly recommend you check out their showroom if you are looking to get a deck installed! You won't be disappointed!

Good team at CRD - installers top notch and the owner OWNS the work. Had a bump early on (all projects have something come up) - and Joe made it right. Price was a notch higher than I had planned, but was worth it in the end - switched up some product choices for long term performance and better looks. I've got some other projects in my queue and I'm giving CRD the first shot at the work.

I needed a deck because my old one of less than 2 years old was falling down. I researched the Better Business Bureau for composite deck installers. I chose CRD Construction because they were rated Gold, had an A+ with good reviews. I met with Seth, he had a lot of good ideas for me. He kept reassuring me this would be a much better deck and it is. Jason did an amazing job paying special attention to every detail. It is a long process, it doesn't go up overnight. But it's worth it, it's beautiful and makes my backyard pop.

In today's time of businesses and customers, it's so difficult to see someone take the extra time go out of their way to help . Your receptionist Savanah is a great example of this. Her help with this project was tremendous!! It used to be that way, but now it's not. Thank you !! SAVANAH!!

Love our newly remodeled master bathroom! Joe and MJ were very nice to work with even when I would come up with a different design idea they were very supportive and accommodating to bring my vision to life. The construction crew was punctual, professional and kept things clean. Shout out to Chad, Javi and Hunter as well as all the other crew members that were involved in our remodel! We highly recommended CRD! Already plan on having them back for another project! Call them today if you want your space to look amazing!

MJ and Joe were great to work with from the beginning of our project to the end. We live in a very old house with lots of quirky issues. The team was worked through the issues and made sure everything looked great! They did a lot of custom work and the attention to detail was phenomenal. We have a few other projects that we need done and have already decided to work with them! I would highly recommend CRD to anyone who has a home renovation project they are looking to get done.

We had a great experience with CRD construction. We had water damage in our basement, and as first time home owners who had no experience with insurance claims, our project manager MJ made the entire experience smooth and easy. She communicated with our insurance company and was communicative during the process. Once work began, the foreman Chad and his team were polite and efficient. Again, they were good at communicating with us about their plans and the timeline for work. I can't say enough about the great team at CRD - Our basement looks amazing and we will definitely be using CRD again for other home improvement projects.

Joe and his crew were wonderful. They took our poor, tired 1850s house and brought her back to her former glory. Siding, roofing, trim, gutters, all were done better than I imagined they could be.

The crew who worked on replacing my windows was efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Their attention to detail was excellent and the work is beautiful.

Very professional construction crew that was respectful of our home during the process. This is especially important to me as I work from home .Every detail was attended to. Excellent communication from office staff. Quality work with no cut corners. This is the second project CRD has completed in my home and I will have them back for a third!

CRD does absolutely amazing work! We bought a condo that was used as a rental and it ended up needing work from top to bottom! They were very professional and were in constant contact to let us know every issue that popped up! Every person there from the owner, to the office staff and everyone that stepped foot in our house, did a fantastic job! Extremely professional and friendly! Their work is impeccable! They had to completely rip out floors, plumbing, electrical, insulation and fix the walls! The tile work is absolutely gorgeous! Due to health issues, we had an extra half bath put in, made from the old hall closet. No one can believe the transformation! We have neighbors wanting to do the same thing now lol! We absolutely adore our house! It's way above and beyond what we thought it could be! We will definitely use them again & highly recommend them!

CRD redid our basement after a flood ruined our flooring. We could not recommend them enough! The entire process was seamless. First, we met with Lindsay at the showroom to select LVP flooring and paint colors. All materials were delivered within a week and construction was started shortly after. Austin, Chad and John had everything done within a week. They were extremely timely, courteous and clean. Everything was picked up before they left each evening. Their attention to detail is obvious and the owner, Joe, even came out to our house twice to personally oversee the project and make sure we were happy with the work. 5 stars!!
