Flo Soft Washing did an outstanding job cleaning my windows, deck, and fence — all in just two hours! Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The windows came out spotless, the deck looks like new, and the fence is brighter and cleaner than it’s been in years. I was amazed at how quickly they worked without sacrificing quality.and they used this thing called chem!! Highly recommend their services!

Chris and his employees came and did a full soft wash on our two-story home and garage. We have vinyl siding and pretty old windows given it’s a house from 1880. Not only were they incredibly kind and helpful but the work they did was phenomenal and made our old house look near new again. They even power washed our wooden deck in our backyard, bringing it back to life. Before they came, we had quite a good deal of mold and moss growth on our vinyl siding, gutters and garage doors and when they were done, it all looked brand new and shining.
Also all of our windows on both floors are cleaner than they ever have been.
For the work, the price really couldn’t be beat.
Go with these guys. They’ll seriously take care of your property.

Revised update . After the involvement of the RI state contractor board in order to get the matter resolved , Chris and a family member have paid in full for the damages to my deck and screens , hence the new three star review. I would have given him a higher ⭐️ review but to date Chris has not registered with the state of RI to do business which is required as well as getting liability insurance for any future work he may try to perform in order to protect future clients from any and all damages that might arise while he works in around their property. If Chris does what is required in order to do business in the state and provides those items to future clients and if he shows me that has been done I will gladly up my stars for his honest attempt to be a lawful member of the business community.

FloSoftWash is the company and the very young Owner Chis and his equally young employee . This is an honest review. They started on Wednesday at 2:30 for a roof washing and complete cleaning of all windows but were stopped at 6pm by me for safety reasons. Expecting Chris on Thursday at 8 am with his employee and only Chris showed up at 8:30 in shorts and T shirt in 46 degree weather to finish up the exterior and interior cleaning of windows. Not only was he ill prepared for the cold he was ill prepared for the job without the proper etiquette for interior house window cleaning. Leaving water at almost every window below on a hardwood floor which I had to go and clean up afterwards. As I saw that he was very short handed I offered to replace my own screens throughout my house to ensure that they were put back properly and even had to work on getting them back to their original position due to a few being bent from his employee during their cleaning from the day before. Chris is hard working but very new to business and given much more experience than he presently has now I would honestly say either hiring another well established company for window cleaning on interior work or stick with just deck , siding and roof cleaning but be sure to warn your prospective clients that using bleach Will undoubtedly ruin a mahogany deck .

Let’s start with the fact that I have a German mother; to say I’m a little obsessed with a clean house is an understatement!! We have a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage and since I’m “ old”, my son has implored me to hire a spring cleaning service. Last week when we came to open the cottage , I called Liliana and her team. Even my German mother would approve !!! The team of 4 women, moved every bed to hand clean every wall, corners, flipped mattresses, removed and cleaned all art work, ceilings, chandeliers, and our commercial stove hasn’t been this clean since we bought it!!! While I know I could have paid less, there is no one that would have provided this level of service !!! She and her team are extraordinary and we most definitely will have them back again next spring. Run don’t walk , to book the best service available!!! Thank you Lilliana and company!!!

I paid and no call no show, I have been calling this company for a refund for 1 week and nothing. Wow bad business stay away and please return my money.

Ana's team are professional, on time, great communicators and do a beautiful job! I found them when a cleaning crew did not show up to do a turnover at a 3400 sf short-term rental.
