expert carpet cleaners truly are experts. They spent hours cleaning dog stains with special chemicals in the house smells great. Jose was lovely, conscientious, and kind during a time when I lost my dog. I couldn’t recommend expert carpet cleaners more. They are professional and certainly know what they are doing. you should call them now if you’re looking for someone to clean your carpet!

We had a major moth infestation so everything woolen needed to be dry cleaned and our non-synthetic rugs needed to be cleaned. This company came up to Worcester, took all our rugs away (which included moving furniture), cleaned them, and then brought them all back, again with lots of moving of furniture. They look great and so far- it's been about 2 weeks- no sign of moths. We are going to vacuum them regularly and we hope that the problem has been defeated.

When I called and asked for the earliest appointment available I was given a date for only a few days away. The explanation of the services they were going to do was given to me in detail along with how they bill. I got a call 30 minutes before Jose the technician came to give me an eta. Jose explained what he was going to do and how long it would take him. He was very professional. He warned us not to go on the stairs that were hardwood so we wouldn’t fall. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

They are horrible company to work with.
1. They tried there level best to cheat me in measurements, since I am a contractor myself so they were not able to cheat me. When I asked them to leave because the were cheating then they agreed to my measurements.
2. They did a horrible job. He cleaned the center of the rooms but the corners of the room are dirty as they were before.
Guys do not use their services as they will not only cheat you on measurement but also do a shitty job

We had a ton of work done for about $1,000: three large carpeted bedrooms, a carpeted office and large game room, two sets of stairs, three large wool area rugs, and two tiled baths. Excellent results overall, including a bad stain in one bedroom that is now gone. Area rugs were picked up and returned by their team, and everyone we dealt with was professional. Great customer service and scheduling, too. Highly recommend!

Carpet Cleaning Experts provided me a great service from the intake call to the the young man who cleaned my 2 carpets and the stairwell rug. There were deep stains on my carpets and now the carpets look brand new. Your employee explained the process for me in detail before starting the job. He was pleasant and courteous. I will be using this company again when the need arises.

This was the best cleaning I have ever had. Some carpet, rugs, upholstery and even wood floors were cleaned. All well done. Ismael was professional, thorough and kind. Work was timely. I was so very pleased.

I reached out on the weekend via their website. Lindsay called me early Monday morning explained the process and pricing on the phone with me. We arranged a pick-up time and about 3 or 4 days later, my rug was done. The carpet was a marketplace find and we felt better getting it cleaned up. Carpet Cleaning experts did a great job. All the colors are bright and clean. I liked the ability to communicate via text as I can't always get on the phone during the business day. With quick service, estimating, pick-up and delivery- I don't think it could be any easier. I was so pleased, I had them pick up another area rug in our dining room.

The dining room carpet has been through three houses, a construction project and lots of animals... I had little hope...
But they did a great job. Even the fringe looks good!

They even offered to unroll and place the rugs when dropping off, but I wanted to give our floors a good cleaning before.
CCE was always professional, on time, and in communication...

Pricing seemed good- a work colleague of mine had some similar rugs cleaned at a different company and the cost was about the same.

I have one more stair carpet that needs a good cleaning and they will be my first call. Apparently, they do it all...

I received a call prior to the technician arriving at my house. He first explained what he was going to do and also measured the carpets to ensure the quote was accurate. The technician did a thorough job and asked me to inspect before he left. We were very satisfied with the results!

We used Carpet Cleaning Experts for our large area rugs and then for our wall to wall carpet. In both cases the results were excellent. They are very professional and good with communication as well. You know when the technician is on their way or delayed so you don’t spend time waiting and wondering. I highly recommend them.
