“Carpet Cleaning Experts” are definitely experts!

This multi generation family company knows its business, very well. The customer support is friendly, responsive and easily accessible. Estimates for cleaning are accurate and very reasonable; they pick up and deliver on time. They do a perfect job, even with stains-coffee, red wine…their trustworthy technician (Neil) is personable, knowledgeable and very helpful measuring and applying rug pads at my house with extra care, even trimming an old pad! 5 plus stars and much appreciated!

My rugs look better than when they were new? Not exactly how they do it but with the new pads my rugs feel and look better. It’s not cheap but worth the money! I am so glad I finally found a rug cleaning company that really cleans rugs. They smell good too. The dog orders are gone and I have three golden retrievers! Completely satisfied. Thank you!

I hired Carpet Cleaning Experts to perform a full deep cleaning of my sectional using a truck-mounted system. Unfortunately, the service was not completed as promised.
After the first visit, visible surface dirt remained on the sectional. Although the service was described as “dry cleaning,” my house was left smelling strongly of chemicals afterward. Once the couch had fully dried, it was clear that large portions had not been properly cleaned.
I contacted the company five days later to raise my concerns. A redo appointment was scheduled, and a second technician came out. He told me he could clean the entire sectional and acknowledged that additional visible soil could be removed. However, he stated that the company would not allow him to clean the rest of the couch due to company restrictions. After they already told me they would come back and clean it. Once again, only the arms and front were cleaned.
At no point was I informed that only partial cleaning would be performed. Additionally, I was asked to sign a digital work order that I was unable to read or review before signing.
After two visits, the sectional still was not fully cleaned despite paying for a complete deep cleaning service. The owner has not accepted responsibility for the incomplete service.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I have before-and-after photos and written communication that clearly support the details outlined in this review.

Our service technician Jose is kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and most of all reliable to deliver the expectation that we want. Our white chairs are always cleaned to perfection and our carpet stains due to animal accidents are deminished. To avoid the soiling of the carpets is only “our fault” as the cleaning has been essential to eliminate the odors & reason for our puppies to go back. Look no further .. this company is truly the best!

Carpet Cleaning Experts rotated our museum’s large rug and were courteous, respectful, and professional. We’re also getting a quote for their cleaning our hardwood floors. We have worked with them before and will again and highly recommend their services.

This was my first experience with Carpet Cleaning Experts but it won’t be my last! They came out same day, did an excellent job, and I am extremely happy with the results. I got my couch cleaned (because….pets!!!) and I highly recommend! Customer service is also top notch. Friendly, quick to respond, easy to reach, everything was explained clearly and just overall, amazing. Pricing is extremely fair and worth every penny. I will 100 percent be using them again. The service was outstanding! So easy to work with, immediate openings for the week when I called. Accommodated me for my service when I misunderstood the time ( my fault!) and needed an extra 30 minutes to delay arrival. The cleaner explained all the services he was going to perform and how. He was efficient and the tile floor, the living room rug and the drapes came out spectacular. The rug looked brand new when he was done The curtains were so vibrant and the room looked bright again! Very professional ! The cost was sooo reasonable. If your reading this review just make the call, no need to shop around, they are the best!
