Scheduling was easy. The technician arrived early and did a great job. It did take about 24 hrs to dry and he wasn’t able to remove an old, stubborn ink stain but in general, the carpet looked great after it was cleaned. The price was very reasonable.

Service was excellent and my carpets look clean and revived. The technician was super helpful and we added in some upholstery cleaning as well.

I’ve moved twice and have used Carpet Cleaning Experts for all my cleaning needs. Recently, We had my mother’s high traffic carpet cleaned. As well as a sectional couch with lots of fabric. they arrived on time got the job done quickly, efficiently and neatly. The rugs they did which included many steps all came out, looking like fresh, clean and it also smells good. The rugs do take time some to dry so plan accordingly

I went to them a few months ago to get my carpet cleaned and when I opened it up the first time after getting it back it looked like nothing had even been done, so I took it back a second time hoping they would do a better job. After picking it up again went out of town for a little and just unrolled it, and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned this time either. I am very disappointed in their services.
And it wasn’t like my carpet was a complicated clean, but even that they failed at. I wonder if they actually cleaned or just kept it with them for show.

Promptly scheduled. Traveling van showed as scheduled. Steam cleaned two bedroom carpets, walk-in closet and a few walk-off mats. Pre-treated high traffic areas prior to cleaning. Tabs under all furniture not moved. Used them several times based on the consistent service and value.

Very responsive and sent someone right away to give a quote. No attempts to upsell from the initial quote. The technician was very nice, answered questions and did the job efficiently within the window of time he said it would take. Even after he finished, he did a visual review and went to fix any spots he missed.

My floor was only installed a year ago but they never put a wax coat on it so it looked less vibrant very quickly. It was exciting to see it all cleaned and waxed like it was brand new.
