I am very pleased with the work that was done at our residence. Rockhouse Construction removed my old walkway and installed the new one promptly and neatly. All work was done as discussed and they did a nice job cleaning up after the work was completed.

Amazing team! Super professional, timely. Josh spent a solid chunk of time with me to fully evaluate the situation, answer all of my questions, and brainstorm all possible solutions before sending me an estimate of the work. Work was scheduled in a timely manner, and on the day of, just outstanding expertise, skill, and professionalism. Josh was around to guide the project, and the gentlemen carrying out the work were obviously experts and communicative with us as we asked questions. They completed the job quickly, but when they realized it did not fully solve the issue of pooling we had called about, they literally redid the work to ensure it was done to perfection--without changing the quote. We are soooo over the moon happy with the result. Definitely will call Rockhouse again if we have other hardscaping projects! Thank you team! Highly recommend!!

Rare traits with many contractors are being on time, integrity & responsiveness. Josh and his team fire on all cylinders when it comes to these and more. I had a cracked concrete patio that needed demolition and Joshs' team hauled everything away and built a patio that looks like it came with the house. We Hired Rockhouse Construction LLC, & had them update our kitchen. The varied crews that were assigned from demolition of tiled areas to updating the electrical , plumbing & adding in granite countertops they are/were highly respected, professional and courteous.
They cleaned up the area they were working in or around that day. Any issues that arose were dealt with fairly quickly & we feel confident that if we had any other construction work was needing to be done we would call RockHouse Construction…Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an emergency plumbing/interior septic issue that arose late on a Sunday night. At 6:30 the following morning, I first found ZOOM DRAIN on “Thumbtack“ and left a message there. Within minutes, I received a message back, then a phone call. The gentleman on the other end was polite, professional, and super efficient.
He looked over his day and I expected him to he tell me he couldn’t get there till the next day. To my pleasant surprise, he could have one of his advanced technicians there in a matter of a few hours. I requested a phone call an hour in advance to meet them at the site, and they were right on time. They were also within two minutes of their estimated arrival time. Who does that, except a professionally run operation?. I highly recommend ZOOM DRAIN and will never call anybody else going forward. It was an A+ + experience!

Aaron was kind, efficient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid… very personable but also very professional. He fixed the immediate problem I had while offering me solutions that will help in the future. Pricing seemed fair and there was no pushing towards the more expensive options. Two nice gents showed up to replace a garbage disposal. The task was completed quickly, efficiently, and competively priced. Well done!

Zoom drain was quick in responding about kitchen drain back up on New Year’s Eve morning. Had service scheduled within 15 minutes and communicated via call and text that they would be there within 12-4 time window and the technician, James was there right at 12 and called 30 mins before arrival to confirm.
It turned out to be a more complicated problem than it initially appeared as there were two kitchens draining into a pipe with low pitch and lots of build up, but both him and tech worked effectively to diagnose, clean, replace and repair a very long stretch of winding pipe in old basement. They both had to move items around and were respectful of space.
Before leaving, he. was able to recommend some solutions and offer advice of where we might have future build up from kitchen drains and other potential plumbing issues to keep in mind.
