I had a lot of small projects that took a big portion of the day. My tech Derek showed up on time for both the referral and service call. He was knowledgeable and easy going. He and his helpers did a great job and worked clean.
The price was very affordable and when I had a question about some work that was done here, Derek came back an explained the why's and where's.
This was my first big project as a widow and this company really earned my trust, starting with Kelly who answered the phone with a welcoming greeting. I liked her right away and she really worked with me on the schedule. I honestly can recommend doing business with this company!

I had my kitchen faucet replaced recently and was very satisfied with the work performed by Aaron. He also fixed a clogged drain in my bathroom sink in less than 5 minutes! Aaron is very professional and the cost was reasonable.

My experience with the team member asron n. With zoom drains was great. Aaron and his trainee. I forgot his name. Very smart and professional straight forward with what he thought might be the issue I was having. And fast to get to the job and get job done. Had a problem with my job. Aaron had the knowledge and experience with patients to overcome the problem I had and get job done in a timely manner with no mess. Thats a bonus. No mess.

Preston came out quick to resolve a frozen waste line. It wasn’t an easy job with such low recent temperatures but he got it done, and with a pleasant demeanor the entire time. I’d recommend Zoom drain.

I am very impressed with Zoom Drain out of Johnston RI! Preston did a fantastic job. He knows his stuff and wasted no time figuring out exactly what was wrong (a clog in a buried pipe, and this is after a previous plumber had snaked the pipe from both ends). Zoom Drain has the tools for such a job and was in and out quickly, and left the area cleaner than it was before he started!! I'll be saving Zoom Drain in my phone for the future, for sure! I wish I had called them FIRST.

Preston came to our house to check on a backed up sewer line and was awesome. He was professional, courteous, and informative. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain’s services.

We had a slow draining basement laundry sink causing it to back up, and with a week’s worth of dirty clothes, I needed someone to come and clear it ASAP. I contacted Zoom Drain in the morning and Preston came out the same day to take a look, described clearly what needed to be done, and gave me a price. As we had somewhere to be later that day, we were under a time crunch, and Preston was able to quickly and efficiently power snake the lines and get the drain cleared and running, all with prompt and friendly service.

So I had a clog tried my hardest to unclog it myself found out it was deeper than my toilet auger I bought. I got James squire he was very cool knowledgeable and got the job done quick and even had patience while I watched and asked dumb questions throughout the whole time. It was a little pricey but he had to take the toilet off and used a camera.... what isn't over priced nowadays? considering these variables the guy was cool and got it done fast so it was a win. Would definitely recommend them to someone and would use them again hope I don't need to but I know who to call now.

Slow toilet: Techician James was very polite, professional and honest. He educated me about my specific toilet model’s tendency toward slow flow/clogging and suggested observed operation of toilet and nearby shower/sink drains did not point to an issue/clog further down the line. So, maybe need a new toilet in the near future, but James didn’t take me for a ride with any unnecessary services.
