Danielle received my call & provided courteous and clear information with the expected time I could expect a technician, who was involved with another job.
Preston called ahead to give me his expected arrival time & arrived when he said he would. He was enthusiastic, professional, and provided me with helpful information to mitigate future problems. He was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. I’ve had other plumbers over the years and by far Preston was the most pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Zoom Drain.

Preston was great. Full transparency from the beginning of the process and cost of the job. Was able to quickly determine the source of the block and gave a couple of options to resolve it. We had a large grease build up blocking the line and elected to have it water jetted out. Preston took his time making sure he had vision of the pipe with his camera and ensuring he fully cleared the grease blockage out and got the pipe back to free flowing. Fast professional service much appreciated in a stressful time. Much appreciated and recommended.

Unfortunately for me I have a very invasive root system growing into my main line. This is the second time I’ve had to call out Zoom Drain and both times they have been great. They hydrojetted the line and were able to get some flow again until we can dig up the pipe and replace. Ruiz was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

Preston and the team at Zoom were the absolute best. He came out right at the beginning of the quote time that they gave me on the same day - he assessed our main drain clog issue accurately and gave us upfront pricing and was reasonable the whole way. He had a very focused approach but was also honest and funny. I would definitely recommend them and much appreciation to Preston for his hard work.

Little pricey but can't complain for the job well done by technician Ruizdael!! Cool dude, knew exactly what he was doing and knowledgeable in his field of work! Had my very slow draining/backed up sewer line pipe, working like new. Would recommend and would use services again!

Service was great. We had a clog in the trap for our sewer line late at night and needed someone to fix it fast before it overflowed into the house. They called after they saw us schedule for the next morning and asked if we needed someone right away and we did. Sent over Preston and he did amazing, identified the issue and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Will absolutely call again.

Tech Ruizdael was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained his working plan clearly and then preformed the tasks efficiently. When finished he cleaned up and completed the job completely. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain Service to all.

I called on a Sunday night and they were able to get someone over the next day for a toilet valve replacement. The person I spoke with on the phone to book the appointment was extremely nice and was flexible with scheduling as we were trying to work around work schedules.

Aaron, the tech who was sent out was absolutely FABULOUS. Extremely helpful, explained everything in detail and also explained what options we had in regards to solving the issue. He also was a very personable and friendly person, which is rare nowadays!

If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will absolutely be calling Zoom Drain, and requesting Aaron. Give that man a raise!

EDIT - I had to call Zoom again for a different toilet in my home. They sent out James for the job and he was knowledgable and AWESOME! James was also very helpful in explaining what issues I was having and what my options were and what he would do to fix the issue. I had a functional toilet within an hour and for a great price. This is a company that won't overcharge you for jobs, which is really hard to find. They are always on time and show up when they say they are going to and don't cancel last minute or pull a no-call, no show.

Service was fast, accurate, and fixed right the first time. Highly recommend!!
