Reviews of local pros in Johnston, Rhode Island

I've been using Rooterman for 20 years and am still very impressed by their promptness, customer service and expertise.

The manager gives a time same day and John and Kevin arrive promptly amd assess the situation. They give a quote and stick to it.

They return promptly next morning to finish job right on time, and answered all my questions. Highly tecommended.

Called for an estimate, flat rate pricing, to have 2 toilets, removed, disposed of, and 2 additional toilets installed. I spoke with Bill and he quoted me a price of $255 x 2 to install each toilet. We purchased the toilets he recommended so he knew exactly what he was installing. Instead of being a total $510, we were charged $610. after a $20 new customer discount. So we were charged $130. more then what was quoted. Work was done well, but this was not flat pricing as indicated.

Water heater needed to be replaced they came did a great job very happy !

Sam was very nice and helpful...great job!

Bert and Kevin came quickly and did a wonderful job putting in a new heating unit that works like a gem. They were professional and personable and it was a pleasure to meet them. They did a great job!

Excellent service, came when expected, took about an hour. Spoke with Mark. Fixed toilet which is old, lime build up and debris blocking water jets. Also provided quotes for a new toilet. Would recommend them.

Paid for a hydrojetting due to high amounts of grease. I was told it was all cleaned out but sewer was backed up 1.5 months later. Tried getting in touch but was left on voicemail for the multiple times I reached out. I had to call another company to come clear it out and was told that Rooterman had only punctured a hole through the original grease wall.

Such a pleasure to have Mark work within my home. He came right out to access the problem. Thankfully this procedure was repairable within the day. Mark was very pleasant, professional, respectful and an amazing worker. A great clean job. Absolutely will use this company again.

I used Rooter Man/anytime Junk for help emptying out my parent's house. They were able to provide quick service, were fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely give them my highest recommendation.

Amazing workmanship! This company is an absolute pleasure. Kevin and his team did an incredible job fixing my boiler, oil tank and old plumbing issues. They worked non-stop, will definitely have them back for anything else I need. Thank you guys!
