Top notch company. Had them up today to clean burner. Something was leaking after a new part was replaced. They came right back up and replaced some pipes and put a new hot water valve in.

Wonderful oil company. With wonderful people. My usual oil company who I have been using for years would not come out and deliver the same day. I was extremely low and needed oil right away. Gave Joe a call and he said he could deviled today. They were here within 45 minutes of my phone call. I am sticking with this oil company from now on. Thank you so much for the great service.

Top notch company! Called Joe when we had no hot water and a leak. He instructed me on how to stop leak. Before I could a could call him back to inform him I managed to stop the leak, he was at the house. Diagnosed the issue, ordered and replaced the part.

Miserable old lady always answers the phone. Schedule oil delivery early morning and somehow the owner of the place forgot to put me on the log for the day. Do not recommend this place unless you like to receive attitude on the phone with every transaction

Joe & his crew recently replaced my almost-60-years-old oil burner (nicknamed “The Beast”) with a modern energy-efficient Slantfin Intrepd TR-30HP boiler along with a Heat-Flo Indirect-fired water heater. The old burner was huge and cemented into the concrete basement floor; no easy task to dismantle and remove. Took less than a day and a half and I was impressed with the expertise on this project. Cleaned everything up nice upon completion. Personable folks and they showed up when they said they would. Good experience for me and I would recommend for boiler repairs and replacement. Will consider them for oil delivery in the fall. Thanks again Joe!

i had never used them before. i called them out of the blue this morning when my water heater wouldn't fire. they were here a few hours later. other companies wouldn't give me the time of day because i wasn't their customer. they were very professional, courteous, neat and very reasonable! highly recommend this company!

Fantastic service!

I am a new homeowner and not used to having an oil system. I noticed my tank went down to E and called the provider who last filled it, to find out they do not delivery on Saturday. I called 3 other companies who needed me to “create an account/run credit report” for OIL! 😂 those complies also wouldn’t come until Monday.

Lastly, I call Micheletti and they send a driver out right away to fill my tank AND a free inspection on my boiler and tank. Joe was the driver and he was very friendly and provided professional insight on my equipment for me to look out for. This will be my go to oil company moving forward. Thanks for the excellent and timely service.

I just bought a house in Johnston, was reading reviews on oil companies near me, and just like all the great reviews Joe at Micheletti’s recieved , is definitely true!! I asked if he was taking on new customers he said yes, I asked if I could get a same day delivery, he said yes…. Very pleasant, looking forward to meeting him…. Thanks Joe!!

2023 NOVEMBER UPDATE: STILL 5 STARS. Just had a delivery today. Just wonderfully nice people. No matter how busy, always polite and personable. Over the years I've had other oil companies but none of them match Micheletti (who I've been with for several years now). Simply the best!

I just had service from this company today. I can't say enough good things. They delivered oil twice to my house but this was the first service call. Good people. Old school kindness...reminded me of the people in my old neighborhood. Highly recommend this company.

I have been using them since moving to RI 2 years ago, and I absolutely adore them. Everyone is always so pleasant, on the phone and in person. They are always quick with delivery (and here when they say they will be) and ALWAYS ask me if I need a prime and if everything is working okay. In the winter when I'd call for oil they'd always ask if I have enough to get thru the night 🥹 Its hard to find this sort of customer service in today's world.

Micheletti is a great company! I was selling my house and found out at the last minute that the furnace needed to be replaced. I got estimates from several companies but Joe and his team stood out from the rest with their excellent customer service. Joe was patient and responsive to calls and messages. He arrived on the date he said he would, and completed the job as promised with fair pricing and quality workmanship. The process couldn't have gone smoother and communication was perfect every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer of Micheletti Oil for about 15 years. They are nothing but honest, reliable and reasonable. They recently bailed me out when my oil burner stopped working all of a sudden. Another company tried charging me 4x more what Micheletti charged me. This is a family owned business who are genuine people. So thankful for them.

I called Micheletti oil for fear that boiler in my new house needed to be replaced as the inspector said was likely. Joe came out same day I called. He took a look and recommended some replacement parts but not a total replacement and gave a great price. He came out to do the work on a Saturday morning when we were available even in their busy season. He recommended calling for oil when we had about 1/4 tank left. They came out to deliver same day I called! Great hometown service

They just installed this boiler for us. Amazing job. He payed great attention to detail. Made me very comfortable with his work. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing/heating needs.

Micheletti Oil just put in a new boiler and hot water tank for my Mom. They not only did a great job they were all so respectful of my mom. They were always there when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks and works great! We are so grateful to Joe and Nick and all at the company. We would definitely recommend them!

I switched from Dupois to Micheletti and the owner Joe heard I was having issues with my boiler. He came and took a look. He ended up spending hours adjusting, testing, updating, adding a new nozzle, cleaning, and more with another guy. In the end, the boiler is running smooth for the first time since I moved into the house. Wish I switched to Micheletti a long time ago! Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Micheletti enough! I decided to go with Micheletti when I moved to RI a little less than 2 years ago and so happy I did! They have taken such good care of my heating needs from delivering oil on a regular timely basis, servicing the boiler and helping out with my old oil tank as a new homeowner. The old tank recently had a leak. They patched it up and I had a new tank installed within the week! Very friendly and personable group!

The installation process on installation day itself was great and the contractor who came to install was able to do it all in one day. The floors look great and I’m very happy with them, but the process overall was a bit frustrating and took about 3 weeks.
