Very timely and very professional. Our tech, Matt was nothing but courteous and professional. He went out of his way to answer all of the questions I had regarding the learning of our heating system. He was very respectful of our home, and when speaking with us as well. He was neat and kept his workspace clean. It was refreshing to have good help in time of need. I received a quote from another plumbing company thinking it would be reasonable. I received a quote from that company of $1799.00 for the work. I thought the price was way to high but I went with it because I’m selling my house and want everything to be done correctly. I had a bathroom shower valve that wasn’t working and he said he had to go through the closet to get to the pipes so the job would take 4-5 hours to replace the diverter. The next day I went online to get another price for the job and although I’ve never used them before I gave DiRocco a call.I explained my situation to the owner and he said send me pictures of the shower and the closet and he would get back to me. He called back and said they don’t make that shower diverter anymore but he could replace the whole thing for $1150!! I never told him the price from the first guy so I asked him when he could do that and he said probably today. I said you’re hired. 2 young guys came an hour later…. one plumber and I one plumbers helper… it took them approximately 2 hours. ALWAYS get a second price. That call saved me $600!!!

This is the second time within a year that I needed to call a plumber, not just any plumber, but one that I felt comfortable dealing with

I called in the afternoon with a boiler issue, sent Pat some pictures, and at 8:00 the following morning one of Pat’s men was there. He immediately assessed the problem, made his recommendations regarding my options, and left the decision up to me. I selected the more expensive option because it would give me the best chance not to have more serious problems going forward

The plumber came in for an on demand system for maintenance. He explained all parts needing replacement. The service was fast and easy. Keeping my heating system always working great.

So glad to have found DiRocco Plumbing & Heating! They were the ONLY plumbing company that would provide a free estimate to install an auto shut off on a water heater. Absolutely great to deal with! Great communication, on time, neat, professional and exactly as quoted! I would highly recommend them. They will definitely be my first call for any further plumbing needs!

My elderly parents’ burner pilot went out and wouldn’t relight. I called DiRocco Plumbing & Heating and they came within a few hours. Don fixed the issue quickly and made sure the burner was running properly. Their heat was restored and needless to say my parents were very relieved. The cost was very reasonable and Don was very courteous and personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and put my parents at ease. I would definitely call him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends

I called DiRocco because the expansion tank and some of the fittings for my gas boiler were needing replacement. Pat was quick to respond and schedule an appointment. The 2 employees that arrived were courteous and kept me informed as to the work they were doing. Once they were finished they advised me to call in the fall to have the glycol antifreeze added to my system as I have an air handler in my attic. In November I called Pat and he was quick to schedule an appointment. This time Pat and an apprentice arrived and completed the work in under an hour.

I will use DiRocco when I replace my aging Weil McLain boiler this summer.

Professional and showed up within 24 hours of call to troubleshoot boiler. His team is installing a Navien system next week and look forward to continue to work with his company.

Had a couple of the guys come out and fix a leaky sink and replace two outdoor spigots. Quick work, price was better than other places I’ve used in the past. Would recommend and planning on using again.

Our water heater went and DiRocco took the call first thing in the morning and was here by 1:30 in the afternoon to replace it. They worked quickly and efficiently. Would definately recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I needed to upgrade the 35 year old heating system in my home. I did a lot of research and after several estimates I went with DiRocco. They were very professional, answered all my questions, and the work was done quickly and exactly as I had requested. I went from the more traditional heat and hot water set up to a combiboiler heater. I am very happy with the new system, and look forward to working with DiRocco for my future plumbing needs.
