The workers who came to my house were great, that's not really the issue. However, they did leave a gigantic hole in the wall, see the attached pictures. No heads up, no warning. I get plumbers are not also pros at refinishing walls but they did not make the expectations clear that I would need to fix this myself. I know if the owner of the company had work done on his house he wouldn't put up with that garbage so why treat customers the same way?

DiRocco Plumbing is our new “go-to”!
During the first year living in our NP home, we had hired a local plumber that was recommended by oil boiler manufacturer. We spent thousands to keep the heat/hot water working (duct tape was involved) until last November when the system stopped responding.
That company wanted to tear everything out, repipe and couldn’t give us any timeframe of when they could even do the work.

We contacted Pat at DiRocco Plumbing for a second opinion. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and he came to take a look right away. He had a different approach, and didn’t see any reason to make the project as big as the other plumber insisted.
Pat and his team switched us to an indirect boiler, removed the unnecessary water tank, and worked over the weekend to get our heat and hot water back on. They went above and beyond and we are so happy to have found them!
Since then we’ve had them back for other projects and we’re always delighted with the results.

Pat and his team did a great job. They came out and educated us on our boiler system and provides 3 options for a solution to solve the hot water issue. Once we decided they came out shortly after and fixed it and now I have perfectly running hot water. We are beyond grateful for DiRocco Services

Replaced all pipes under kitchen sink, no more leaks. Installed new shutoff in the basement and replaced piece of leaking pipe leading to outdoor faucet. Replaced 2 outdoor faucets. Professional, on time, clean, reasonable pricing. Totally satisfied and highly recommend.

I was told $130 to come out and see what was wrong.(boiler did not kick on had no heat). Long story short. Repair was going to cost 1600 ,.That I need a new boiler. Cost me $205 just to give me a diagnostic. The $130 is just to drive to the house addition $75 to tell me what was wrong. I told him that was not what I was told, he said that is what it is. STILL NO HEAT.
Called someone else for a second opinion. $99 to come out, and they take it off the cost of the repair. Yes I was told I will be needing a new boiler but Paid $285 with working boiler and heat.
Ask questions and get different quotes. Will not call them again.

We converted our heat from oil to gas. Pat and his team did a great job for us! Once we scheduled our work they were efficient and skilled. The quote we were given from the beginning was the price we paid in the end.

Pat and his team replaced coil, redid some piping, replaced few other critical parts on my 23 year old tankless oil fired boiler. Very professional, clean work and so far everything is running great. Highly recommend!

We needed our Hotwater heater replaced. We wanted to replace it with a tankless water heater. Pat was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. They came on the scheduled date, was very complete in their work and left the area clean and tidy. They explained everything before departing. I would hire them again.
