I usually don't shop at Home Depot since they only give veterans a discount two times a year to save money, but they were the only store that had a front door I wanted. I ordered it back in NOVEMBER of 2015. The door they shipped me was actually the incorrect door in the box of the door I ordered. After many phone calls, they agreed with the company who manufactures the door to ship me the replacement glass that matched the door I ordered and refund me money since the door jamb also didn't align with the door. I had to cajole them into installing it for me at no charge, and when their workers came (in February 2016 to give you a time frame) I discovered they hadn't checked the glass and it was cracked. We had to send it back and get new glass. I was told the refund couldn't be given until the door was installed, so I waited until that day and began calling every day for two weeks to get my refund. I wasn't told the original person I was working with had changed jobs until I asked to speak with a manger. I was then told the refund would be sent to the store and I would have to pick it up. Home Depot called me two weeks ago and told me my refund had arrived. I informed them I would be away for a week and I would be in to pick it up today, March 21 in the afternoon. I was told it would be waiting for me at the front desk. After driving an hour on my day off, I arrived at Home Depot only to discover that the refund check they had was for another customer, not me, and that mine had not arrived yet. I am honestly in shock this place is still in business. I have had to follow up multiple times per week since NOVEMBER and this issue has not been resolved. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again, and I urge other customers to consider other options as well.

Called to check product availability asked for a hold by the time i got here it was all gone drove an hour to get here a they sold it on me ! So much for customer service!

Water heater blew out and had a new one within 2 days. The only thing I wish I could have done was to take advantage of the 10% off purchase that only applies to in store purchases. And the courtesy of the installer to call me outside to show me damage to the heater when he opened the box and assured me the damage would not cause an issue and made notes on the paperwork verifying damage. And being a gas heater he was in and out in about an hour or so.

Our water heater blew at 10:30 pm on a Saturday before our most recent snow storm. Joe connected with me on a Sunday and new hot water tank was installed the following Tuesday. Great service and really kind people! I would definitely use their services again!

They go out of their way to make sure they take care of your problems. Coming after hours and on weekends. Very respectable service and Bash and Ayman know their stuff

We are retired. We were going to install our new faucet ourselves, sounded easy enough, until the hot water shut off did not want to shut off. We wanted to save money but am so glad we choose to call Pat! There is a reason why there are so many do-it-yourself videos, so many things can go wrong! Pat was recommended to us and I'm so glad we called him. He sent Aaron and Jayden to our home. Those young men earned their money, so many things went wrong with the old pipes and watching them trying to get around a pedestal sink, they were amazing! (To top it off one of our cats also thought they were amazing!)

We will only call Pat DiRocco Plumbing for any future problems we may have. They quote you the price upfront, no surprises! For all those who think the prices plumbers charge is high, trust me, it's worth every penny!

They replaced my hot water heater in under two hours, no mess, no fuss, highly efficient! They also removed my old one. The men were courteous and quick. Would highly reccomend!!

Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday afternoon. I was not expecting to hear back from anyone until the next day. Pat, from DiRocco Plumbing, reached out to me in less than 15 minutes. They came the next day and changed out the leaking water heater. They did a great job and were professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them for any further plumbing needs.

We contacted DiRocco Plumbing about having them come out to do routine maintenance on our heating and water heater systems, but in the meantime, our garbage disposal started leaking. We immediately contacted DiRocco, and they were able to send out two people the following morning to take a look. The disposal was very old and completely shot, so it was a quick fix for them to quote and fit in a new one they had in their truck. Very reasonable pricing, quick and efficient work, and nice people! We look forward to working with them again in the future, and they would be the first we would contact with any other plumbing needs.

They came out to inspect a water heater needing replacement and told us they would get us an estimate within a week. After a week they never followed up, and eventually, when I got a hold of them on the phone, they said they could not take the job. When I at least asked for the paperwork for our insurance, he said he wouldn’t do it because “how does that benefit him?” Exceptionally unprofessional.

They came out to fix my boiler, let them know it was probably the ignition switch on the boiler finally went. They charged a fee to come out and diagnose it before the work, and I'm usually not happy about those types of fees but I understand they have a business to run so I dealt with it and they were willing to come out the day after I called them, and they were the ONLY company I had called that didn't try to get me to pay an " emergency fee" upcharge. So I'm glad I ended up paying the fee, and I probably would gladly pay it again for the quality of work I got from this company. I usually hate paying those fees because they never seemed worth it to me, but pat and his workers definitely made it worth it!

I definitely felt respected as a customer because they confirmed I was right about the ignition switch, they got the part the same day and completed the work which I really appreciated! I thought they'd have to come back to finish the work due to having to order the part but they found it 5mins from my house and completed the job in an hour and it was well worth it! Now I have my heat back on and my oil burner, which is almost 100 year old converted coal burner, is working better than it has been the last few years!

I'd definitely feel comfortable using them again for my HVAC needs. Definitely felt valued as a customer here. Pat picked up my calls both times I called and had his workers there promptly, so if you use this business, they will definitely take care of you.

Matt from DiRocco did an excellent job serving our Navien tankless hot water heater. He was on-time for our appointment and was very thorough when he was here. He was very nice and professional and explained everything that he did. He also left a very detailed, dated note attached to the system. Will definitely use DiRocco again for our future plumbing needs.

DiRocco Plumbing is very reliable and knowledgeable about variety of equipment. Our heating system did not work properly for 2-3 seasons even though it was new. DiRocco is the only company that has been able to make it work and keeps it running smoothly season to season. Highly recommend!
