Restivo's replaced our boiler and did an excellent job. We have an older home that has some complicated plumbing and electrical work and the Restivo's team was able to navigate it well. We are glad we chose them. They have an excellent customer service team and are always quick to respond to further questions we've had.

I had an install last weekend for central AC. Every contact point I had with this team was professional and courteous. Restivo's quote came in much lower than any of the other 3 quotes I got. There was a delay in install but by only one day. I felt that was very reasonable, considering workloads due to rising heat levels this summer and rising demand. The main point of contact at install, Matthew Broderick was very customer focused and a pleasure to work with. In talking to others on the team, I got the feeling this is part of Restivo's culture and would hire them again!

Had a service call and a person came out to my home twice to fix the leak problem on my boiler and it still is leaking after spending $400. I have no idea what was even done but the problem was never resolved and I’m out of money as well, such a waste.

Mario came by to quote for a new oil burner replacement. Was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Most important, he was honest about everything that I needed. Had some other companies that came by that lied or did not know the technical requirements of my system. Mario also had extensive experience as an installer. I will be using this company for all of my heating service. Took me a week to find the right company. Don't waste your time and call Restivo's.

Arrived on time, completed the repair and stuck around to be sure everything was working properly. All around great job!

Left without fixing the heating for my tenants in the middle of winter. Gave me the wrong advice and I had to call another HVAC company who actually fixed the system. I texted them and emailed them. Restivo's did not respond to follow-up questions about their report. Waste of money.

I made a service appointment on a Sunday for them to arrive on Monday. They canceled on Monday morning it without speaking with me. When I called to ask why the service technician did not show up, "Nathan" (AI person) stated that he could not locate the appointment; when "he" transferred me to a real person, nobody answered and after five rings I was disconnected. Rinse repeat. Screw them.

Satisfied with the communication, quickness, efficiency, cleanliness and work. Nick was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The workers were hard working and friendly.

Great experience all around on a mini split install. Jim was the sales rep. An absolute professional and gentleman. Quote was fair in comparison to others. The owner even called me on a Sunday to get the install process moving quickly.

Our experience was incredible starting with Mario and finishing with Mario who maintained excellent contact from start to finish. Steve and his team did an unbelievably difficult installation always with a smile on their faces. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend! The new heat pump installation works like a charm and the variable speed unit is extremely quiet, much quieter than the one they replaced. Can’t wait to have my other unit replaced now that I see the difference.

Second experience with Restivos. Needed our furnace serviced and couldn't use our old company. Joe DeCosta was sent out literally the next day and we couldn't be happier or imagine a better guy on job.

Knowledgeable and efficient team. The owner came out personally to evaluate the job and the office staff did a great job communicating and organizing the schedule. The technicians we very professional and made the system not only work amazing but the installed lines were blended into the house architecture perfectly.

What a fantastic company. Our company lost heat in our showroom Dec 19th. After speaking with Jack, his crew was on site on the 22nd. They found that the ductless unit wasn't working properly and explained the cost to repair that 10+ year old unit Vs replacement options. We decided to replace the unit. Keep in mind this is 3 days before Christmas, with snow in the forecast. The 23rd all parts were here, and installed on the 26th during a snowstorm. Up and running perfectly. No mess, no issues, nice warm heat again in the showroom. Thank you to Jack & his crew for everything.
