I had no hot water, after 2 technician being here 5 hours to repair I came home from work and still had no hot water. I have been waiting 10 days for them to come repair.I was very upset. I called the after hour number and they had Tom call me back. Now 6pm and Tom here. Great technician and very nice. Tom figured everything out and I have hot water again. Thank you Tom very much.

The Gas Doctor was wonderful to fit me into their schedule on short notice on a Friday afternoon when my heat stopped working. The technician Steve arrived promptly and diagnosed my problem in very short order. And then he very patiently answered ALL of my questions so I could understand exactly what was wrong, what the induction motor does, and why replacing that motor would fix my system. A very educational experience for me and I’m grateful to Steve for taking the time to answer my questions with such patience and graciousness. He replaced the motor efficiently and got the house back to a comfortable temperature quickly.
