Matt and apprentice were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great guys explained everything. Very pleased.

Called these guys for an issue at 8:30 PM two days before the New Year. Spoke to their answering service and their serviceman returned my call within 15 mins. Was at my house 10 minutes later and the issue was fixed immediately. Saved us from a bitter cold night. They've got a new customer. For that alone that get a 10 outta 5.

A little bit mote than I was expecting cost wise but honestly today what isn't and after all it was technically after hours ... so let me begin by saying I hope you pay Tommy well very personable ,great personality well prepared and willing to let me watch and ask questions which is something I always do , thats the kinda guy you keep doing business with guys like that get repeat business ... also thank you to the business for getting back to me so quickly by email and with a follow up call ....glad to have a new gas valve and working heat for the cold night ahead ... Thanks Again to Tommy 🤘😎🤘...I will definitely keep you in mind for future business

I had a wonderful experience with getting my heating fixed. Very professional and quick solution. Very grateful for this company and happy with the service provided.

I made an appointment for a boiler service and was charged $200 up front. When the technician arrived he took a very quick Look at the boiler and shows me a price list recommending an $800 service. In light of the fact that I explained what make and model the boiler was at the time of the appointment, I feel that I should have been given their price list or at least a better idea of the expected cost at the time of booking. I declined to continue with the service and am now $200 down.

Julian and Steven were excellent. Performed a thorough maintenance of our gas furnace, replaced several broken parts and flushed the entire system. Left the room spotless. I highly recommend them for your gas furnace maintenance needs.

My system was working, and this a service call for general inspection, i mentioned that occasionally it wouldn't ignite the gas for heating, the repair guy quickly found the issue and replace the part before it failed completely. It's hard to put a price on my piece of mind and how much worse it could be with an emergency call out.

The Gas Doctor has always come through! Regular maintenance when needed and an emergency repair last night in 14 degree weather. Thanks for keeping us warm.

Steve did an excellent job servicing our two boilers today. Not only was he thorough and professional, but he also took the time to explain how both boilers work and shared helpful tips on how to keep them running well for years to come. Truly outstanding service!

Even though the technician was way late.
The thing I love most about the Gas Doctor, 95% of the time they have the parts on the truck.
Late but all done in one day. A tune-up and high pressure release valve replaced.

All with whom I spoke with from scheduling to the service reps coming into our home for the service appointment were great. All were friendly, accomodating, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and provided great customer service. It was our 1st time utilizing Gas Doctor but certainly will not be the last. Highly recommend their services.

Was advised last year to also have my hot water heater serviced. When I called for the boiler service I said to also service not water heater. (An additional $150) Tech says he thought it was 2 boilers, does not have the part for the water heater. But someone can bring him one. During service, manager calls and says that they don't service gas water heaters.Your guy suggested (last year) that I have it serviced, your guy said that someone could bring him the part and you took my money up front (month ago) and now I have to wait 5 days for it to be returned! Again, tech did a great job but otherwise customer service not so good. To many different stories!

On time and courteous. Steven took time to explain what he was doing why. Answered any questions I had . His assistant was great also and Steve seems like he’s been doing this a long time.

Steven is very engaging and professional at his job. He comes across as very confident in what he aims to achieve with my system, and shows genuine interest with any of my concerns - a joy to be around.
