I had AC install in the spring. I got quote In January and commuted to it in March and after signing the quote they came a week later. I recommend getting the ball rolling for AC install Jan-March timeframe to get on their schedule earlier. Great customer service as well! Shawn and Chris were very professional and answered all my questions and gave great recommendations to prolong the life of the unit. Overall I recommend!

The technician, Joe was right on time and went right about his business. He works hard, but is still very personable. I get the A/C and furnace maintained every year to keep the devices running smoothly. CMags has always done a good job for the 6 years I've been using them.

Cmags has been very responsive and willing to be able to continue working with us to identify and finally solve some recurring issues with our splits. Very good local company that I can recommend.

You know what's the best? When a contractor shows up when they say they will and do a great job at what they've been asked to do! Too many times, I've called contractors (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, handymen) and they've failed to show when they say they will. It's always "job is running over", "emergency job came up", or some such thing. I understand that these folks are in high demand, so when you do find someone who treats you with respect and keeps the scheduled appointment time, they are worth their weight in gold. And the team at CMAGS is just that. I've had a couple of HVAC issues occur in the past week and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. Fran in the office is friendly and prompt in trying to fit a service call into your schedule, the response team (I had Brandon once and Brandon and I believe Joseph the second) arrived early in the scheduled window. Both times they diagnosed and fixed the issue pretty quickly and at a totally reasonable price. Lastly, they have electronic communications to request service and texts to confirm your appointment, which in this day and age should be standard procedure for almost any business. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism and will use them in the future if the need arises. Hopefully it doesn't any time soon though.

Chris and Joe are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He fixed the problem and explained the cause and solution and explained how to avoid future problems.
We find all C-Mag technicians to be first-class professionals who know their business.

We have been using Cmags for several years. I have Chris to be very dependable and his service is excellent. We've had occasions to call for service, including a recent Sunday and he gets back to me right away.

Chris and Fran and the CMAGS crew are the best! I first contacted them about 4 years ago to replace my condensor and air handler for my central AC.I have found them to be honest, knowledgable, hard working and have never had a service issue. The one time I needed emergency help they were here after 5pm within 2 hours of.my call on a Friday night! Kudoos to all for their excellent work!!

Since we first moved in to our current residence, eight years ago, CMAGS has serviced our heating and cooling systems. We have been extremely pleased with their service, always responding in a timely manner. The technicians are skilled and have acted in a professional manner. We have referred CMAGS to several friends and will continue to do so.

These guys were amazing! They came last minute to help me even though they were fully booked. Our sewer pipes in the basement burst and they changed all of them in one day! I got two other quotes which did not even compare in price or how thoroughly Peter from Allphase explained what I actually needed done. We had our inspection today and we were told that they did an excellent job. THANK YOU!!
