I have been using Mutual Engineering for over 2o years .
Most of my neighbors at Wethersfield Condos also use m=Mutual engineering.

They have always given me fast, professional service.
I rest easy knowing i have Mutual to call in a snow storm for a furnace concern or on hottest day in summer with an A/c problem .

Gayle is very polite, responsive on telephone.
Mutual installed my new furnace, and outdoor A/c unit .Julio and William are gentleman always respectful of my home , keeping the work area clean .

Mutual even sent me a sympathy card when my Fiancee and mom passed away last year .

I am a very satisfied customer !!

Amazing company. The work is absolutely neat. Don’t listen to what the other reviewers have to say. This is hands-down, the best HVAC company in Rhode Island. Very trustworthy.

The technicians are very thorough. And they answered all my questions, and I am more than happy.

Needed a new HVac company and they fit me in quickly. The tech was very courteous and professional, and had my A/C running quickly. I am so impressed I will continue to use them for seasonal maintenance. Only one service call, but it was a very positive experience!

Workers didn’t want to do what was quoted, constantly trying to do less than expected. Stripped out copper pipes and took them without asking. Left large box of trash and scraps behind and never returned for it after repeated calls. Left old boiler and said someone will come for it.. over two months have passed and not picked up. Absolutely horrible experience. Thermostat they installed was broken and needed to be replaced too. I would warn anyone to stay away from this one…

Very professional. They worked tirelessly to diagnose and fix a problem that sveral other HVAC companies could not do.

Very expensive bill for very limited service. Sprayed 3 mini splits with coil cleaner and sprayed and hoses down compressor. That’s it.
Here less than half hour. $308. Will never call them again!

Great company owner came out himself on a Sunday, Tom has come out twice, and he is an asset to the company, everyone from office staff to the owner have been easy to work with I highly recommend CMAGS.

I made an appointment to have my AC unit serviced. After someone came out to look at it I was told that they did not have the right equipment to access the outside part of the unit and would need to come back. I received a voicemail later stating that they would not send anyone back to fix my AC as they did not have anyone available and did not service the area I live in any longer. If that was the case they should have said so in the first place and not scheduled anything at all. This was a complete waste of my time and I will now have to wait another week or longer before another company will be able to fix it. I could have just scheduled with another company in the first place. Don’t take a job you have no intention of finishing!

Cmags is a fantastic company. I have always had a great experience. The service person, was professional and personable. He is also very knowledgeable. I am appt I have a contract w.ith this company.

Hired this company for a central air install. Unpleasant experience start to finish. Did not show up for three scheduled appointments with no notice after I had taken off work and claimed an issue with their computers. Initial install of system resulted in repeated safety shutdowns of the central heat due to a clogged filter obstructing airflow. Was told they would bring filters by to replace the clogged one. They brought them by, but then charged extra for the filters that ended up being the incorrect size anyway. Plug for system was installed in such a way that blocked the filter access and required an additional visit to fix. When it came time to use the AC, called to have the system charged so I could use it. Was told they had installed the wrong condenser because their distributor sent them the wrong product. Was then told it was only a wire running from the outside unit to the inside that was the issue. Again, this required an additional visit to fix. After the install was complete, inquired about any compensation for all of the issues and was offered a free AC servicing next season as if I was interested in using their services again. Transparency and better customer service would have made this a more tolerable experience, but that was not the case. I typically don’t leave bad reviews, but i think this debacle warrants one.
