After Helene our generator had been running over 24 hours and needed to be turned off and levels checked. It was Saturday, a nice lady answered my call and was able to schedule a technician 2 hours later. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable and the generator kept running until power was back. Grateful for good service on a weekend!

Called and was able to secure an appointment for same day service. Had to install new dryer outlet and new wire. Great service.

We needed an electric meter base replaced and Starnes was very quick to respond and came out the same day to inspect and see what needed to be done. They replaced the base just 3 days later and took only a couple of hours while working with the City of Rock Hill. They provided excellent service and were reasonably priced. We recently replaced our old whole house generator with a new Generac whole house generator from Starnes Electric. From the first encounter with Shannon on the phone and the first meeting with Chad and Tanner we knew we had come to the right place. Chad came up with a plan to fit all of our needs and kept us up to date throughout the process. We met owner Dalton Starnes, as he met with us in the planning stage. Chad and Tanner returned to install. For sure these guys had it together working on the installation. This company checks all boxes of excellence; customer service, communication, knowledgeable and hard working employees. power to my barn went out, called Starnes Electric LLC and was put on their schedule to come out . Preston Powers was the lead electrician and was very thorough finding out the problem and giving me several options to repair. Came back out within a week and had the job done within half a day. All the new wiring looks great and everything is back to working. Would definitely recommend Preston and Starnes Electric, LLC for your needs.

When the appointment was made the $69.00 service fee was brought up. The issue was an outlet that I wanted fixed. I had tried to do it but was not successful and don't like working with electricity. The lead tech determined that I had reversed the wires and that fix was simple. I also mentioned that the outlets in the other bathrooms were also not working. He said that they would as soon as the first one was fixed. It took about 20 minutes tops.
Final cost $290.00. Main tech explained that this figure came from a program on the tablet that he had. He also mentioned that they have a one year service that I could purchase. I asked him to send me the details. With what I feel is a high price to fix an outlet rewire ( I had purchased the outlet so there was no materials cost) I think that I will pass.

Called Starnes electric for an outlet issue. They responded with two service techs within 2 hours. They fixed the issue and explained in great detail the problem and remediation. The Starnes electrician called ahead. He arrived within the pre-scheduled time window. He identified himself and removed his footwear before entering my home. The work was professional. He installed an expensive ceiling light with care, and answered all questions. I would highly recommend Starnes Electric LLC.

Had them come to give a quote for installing three ceiling boxes in bedrooms. They arrived early, provided the quote and was able to get the work done same day. The gentlemen that came were great to work with.

Despite storm & city delays, the job got done very professionally. Upgraded my electrical service, panel, and generator transfer switch from 100amp to 200 amp. Rewired, organized, and labeled my new panel for easy deciphering. Highly Recommended!
