I called originally called for what probably would’ve been a quick install of three fixtures. As I wandered my house and remembered other random electrical issues that needed tending to, the technicians Walker and Colin, were more than happy to get them all sorted. They were kind and professional and explained exactly what was happening. A quick trip turned into an all day event, with a parts person running things out multiple times. So impressed and will only be using Johnathon Brown electric in the future.

Both Ethan and Joshua were great! I had no idea of what was the problem! They set about looking and were very efficient! They located the issue and fixed it! Ethan showed me where the problem was and how it was fixed. I love that he took the time to do so! Any further problems, I know who to call👍👍

So Johnathon Brown Electric was recommended to us by another contractor (different trade) and from that first call to his office I have to say I was impressed! Michelle was personable and had amazing customer service! She scheduled us an appointment for an estimate and because we were pressed for time, scheduled a subsequent appointment for the work. When Johnathon came out he addressed all of our concerns and gave us a quote on the spot. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable! He gave us great options that were better alternatives (see photo of our new smart switch) and less expensive than what we initially wanted to do! He did a great job on the work we hired him to do and he even fixed some of the things that others had messed up on (previous contractor and the builder). Would HIGHLY recommend him!

I had two electrical plug-in boxes suddenly stop working in my kitchen. Not trusting my layman experience for electrical issues, I asked one of the county electric company inspectors for advice of which company to choose. Without hesitation he gave me information of Johnathon Brown Electric, LLC and said the company was the very best in York county! Without hesitation I made a call and set up an appointment to send their technician. The JB Electric Technician called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The Electric Technician, Ethan, was very professional, a great listener to what needed to be fixed and that he would be glad to fix the electrical plugs. After his assessment I gladly asked him to proceed and her not only fixed the problem in record time but also explained that they guarantee their work for a year after the repair. He also helped explained to me what was done to correct the issue. JB Electric and Ethan was a great example of what customers need to end the stress of electrical issues. I will always highly recommend Johnathon Brown Electric and Ethan to all that need a reliable, professional, with fantastic people to fix or any type of electric issues for their home!

Bought a house and the panel was shot after 6 months. He gave me a good price and installed quick. Clean and easy. Highly recommend.

Ethan arrived within a couple of hours and replaced a circuit breaker. He also suggested that I contact EATON (breaker manufacturer) as I have had several breakers go bad. They are sending new breakers in the event of future problems. This is going to save me a lot of money. Ethan is honest, efficient, and I would not hesitate to call Johnathon Brown Electric again. Their quote was also better than competitors I called.

I have wanted recessed lights in my home for sometime now. I asked around and Johnathan Brown Electric was recommended to me. I called and set up an appointment for one of their electricians to come out and take a look. The receptionist that answered the phone was polite and friendly! The day before my in-home estimate they emailed to remind me of the appointment. Good communication on their part!
Matthew arrived well within the 2 hour window they had given me. He was also very friendly, professional and polite. After our walkthrough and his recommendations I decided to move forward with the Price he Quoted and he was able to do the installation right then and their! I was very pleased with this and it absolutely met my expectations!
I will mention that because of an old light fixture that was originally placed above my Kitchen sink at the time my home was built there is still a little bit of patch up work to be done on my part to make the necessary repairs. However the work that Matthew did was excellent, he installed 2 ultra thin recessed lights, 1 of which was replacing the old fixture I mentioned and the other one in a spot above the oven where there was no fixture before! he also upgraded 1 of my dimmable light switches in my guest bathroom.
I am so pleased that I have actually already made an additional appointment for him to come and add a recessed light above my newly renovated shower! Matthew definitely knows what he is doing and he does it with ease. At the end of the day I trust him! So thank you!

The 240 outlet for my EV charger suddenly stopped working. I called Johnathon Brown Electric in the morning, a service person (Ethan) was at my home the same afternoon. He fixed the problem (a faulty breaker). I was very happy with the service.

Johnathon did a fantastic job on our workshop. Any concerns were addressed immediately and he stood behind his work!! Would definitely recommend and have to everyone!

I had seen a truck from Johnathon Brown in the neighborhood, so when my son was visiting from out-of- town, he suggested we call the number we had seen on the truck. The driver responded very quickly and proceeded to relocate two electrical switches in the kitchen area, which several years ago had been located in inconvenient locations. The driver, whose name was John, understood the problem immediately and proceeded to relocate the two switches so that they were located conveniently relative to the stairs, and so that one would not have to walk through an area in the dark in order to reach the switch. He worked quickly, reversed the locations of the two switches, and charged a modest price. I was delighted to have the two switches located in a more convenient area and immediately felt safer and free of the danger of a fall. Needless to say, I will call Jonathon Brown when I need a good electrician in the future

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end with Johnathon Brown Electric. Within 5 minutes of submitting an online request I got a response and was able to schedule a same day service call to diagnose an issue I had been having with flickering lights. Their communication was excellent as they were able to respond to me through text message and phone with any questions/concerns that I had. The technician Jerry was very friendly and was at our location at the exact time as promised. He explained everything to my wife and I before, during, and after the services were performed. He was very thorough and after around 20 minutes was able to find the issue and fix it. I am extremely happy with Johnathon Brown Electric's work and customer service. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable electrician. I will be using them for any electrical work in the future!

We received outstanding service this morning from Johnathon Brown Electric and their technician Daniel.

When the outlet behind my coffee maker started making alarming noises, we shut off the breaker and called our regular electrician. After two hours with no response, we tried another. Still no reply. Meanwhile, the refrigerator was off too, and we were not about to lose all our food.

We turned to Yelp. The reviews looked solid, so we called. They answered right away. A few minutes later, we got a text saying Daniel was on his way and would arrive in 16 minutes.

And he did. We described the issue, he inspected the outlet, and removed the cover. The receptacle was cracked in five places, with melted and burned plastic. It was a dangerous mess that could have turned into a serious problem.

Daniel replaced it, flipped the breaker, and everything came back to life. No more crackling. Coffee maker working. Fridge humming again.

We are very happy with the service and have added Johnathon Brown Electric to our go-to list. If we have another electrical issue, they will be our first call.

Jerry came and put a new light fixture (electric box) in the ceiling of my kitchen. He was outstanding. His work was neat, he knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it, and he was So polite. The cost of the work was a relief. Very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for electrical work on homes or other buildings. Great company! (Oh, and it didn't take them weeks to come do the job, and he did it the same day he came out to assess it. Impressive.)

Very pleased with this companies service. Had an outlet go bad late one afternoon and when I called this company they moved their schedule around to have an electrician at my house first thing in the morning - very accommodating.

John Juarez Valley was our electrician and he was very professional and got the job done quickly. Used shoe covers when going in and out of the house. Explained everything well and was very helpful. Also asked if there was anything else I wanted him to check while he was here. There wasn’t but I really appreciated the offer.
