During a recent heat wave we had an electrical issue which prohibited our AC units from operating. I contacted their office and was greeted by a courtesy customer care representative. Within a day they had replaced the breaker box and had me back online, an amazing feat. This is a quality company, providing superior customer service and being lead by Jonathan Brown and a wonderful team of competent and highly skilled professionals. Thank you for your service!

I had existing recessed lights with incandescent bulbs on dimmers that I was attempting to switch to LED. I thought I needed new switches because the lights were flickering. Walker took the time to explain why I might not be happy with replacing the switches and showed me how retro fitting the fixtures with an Integrated LED fixture would look. He retro fitted all of the fixtures and also fixed a three way switch that wasn’t working properly (that ended up being 2 bad switches).
After having 2 previous electricians out who did not/would not address my concerns, it was a welcome relief to have Walker take care of everything. I would highly recommend Johnathan Brown Electric and Walker Shene. I’m super pleased. Thank you!

I called to make an appointment and spoke with Michelle. She was the absolute best! I was fortunate to get a quick appointment. I was again fortunate when Jerry was the electrician. He was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything. Both Michelle and Jerry are just great people. These days it’s hard to find good, honest work at a fair price. I was in contact with three people from Jonathon Brown Electric today. Beginning with Michelle: she was beyond pleasant to the point of extraordinary. Professional and extremely helpful in scheduling a service call. She listened, understood the situation, explained what I should expect and then acted upon it to the satisfaction of this customer. Next were the two service representatives, Jerry and Donald. Both went through what they wanted to do to address my situation. They were thorough, checking everything associated with the situation and not stopping till they found the root cause of the issue.

Jonathon helped me out in a pinch. Great customer care and personality. Not only did he perform the service I requested, he noted some other electrical concerns related to recalls on my circuit breaker set up, he took the time to introduce me to the warranty service process and offered to do some follow up research for me.

Ethan, the technician, was extremely courteous, well mannered, clean despite it pouring rain outside, and fixed our two problems quickly. On the back end, their customer service was excellent! They're polite and friendly and make it easy to schedule. I've had some technicians where you leave a message and your calls go unanswered. When I originally called, I was told I would be a wait list as it wasn’t an emergency. That was a Monday. That Friday a technician came out. He added an outlet. His work was exceptional. The outlet looks like it has always been there. The wall was newly painted before the outlet was added. No scuffs at all. The technician cleaned up, leaving the space better than he found it and the price was reasonable. The next time we need electrical work, I will call Jonathan Brien Electrics!

Came out the day I called. I had a breaker that kept tripping and didn't even think it was related to the gutter work I had just had done but it was.
The electrician found the problem and repaired it. I like the fact that the electricians that come out are kind friendly and respectful.
I also LOVE the fact that a real person answers the phone and is very knowledgeable and reassuring. So far all of the employees at John Brown make me feel like family and I feel like they're my family. Such a blessing to have a company with people of integrity and excellence in their work.

The electrician was detailed in troubleshooting and performing the work. We also had a smoke/carbon dioxide alarm installed.

We had a great experience with the technician Steve who visited our home. He was kind and explained all of our options with patience because I know very little about electrical work. Then my dad called and he told my dad all of the same things again. VERY patient and very detailed. He did extremely thorough work on the outlet for charging my car. He left everything in perfect condition; no mess for me to clean up. He didn't leave until it was working perfectly and I was satisfied with his work. He continued to remind me of the things the outlet would do after he was finished and really educated me along with doing fantastic work. I am an educator and really appreciated this from him.
Prior to the appointment I got an email with a picture of who was coming to my house, I got a phone call from him before he got there letting me know the exact time he would be getting there, and he arrived on time. 100% satisfied customer! We had chandeliers installed and other existing wiring repaired. Everything was completed efficiently and securely.

Electricians were extremely polite and friendly. They had a professional appearance, wore covers on shoes to keep trekking dirt in the house, and took away all leftover trash when job was done.

I have been wanting to change the chandelier in our 2-story foyer for years now and always knew it would be a hassle to have an electrician come out. Last year, I started to get quotes for this and was shocked that companies wanted anywhere from $750-$1400 to remove our old, builder grade fixture and replace it with a simple, new one. I was even pressured into making an appointment with one company because, "You'll never find a price as good as ours."

I called Johnathon Brown Electric because I had seen some good reviews on a local group on Facebook. I went online and requested a quote. The next day, a very kind woman called to set up the appointment. She told me they could come out the following Monday (12/23) and apologized it couldn't be earlier, but if I was in a rush they would squeeze me in so that our house could be "Christmas Ready". What a kind offer, but totally not necessary

On Monday, the technician called by 12:30 and said that their last job finished early and they would be by shortly. Ethan was at our house within 30 minutes and quoted us $435.29 for installation and even better, he said he could take care of it right then and there. Another 30 minutes later, we have a new chandelier and he offered to take the old one away so we didn't have to deal with the disposal.

I don't know how many other electrical jobs we'll have, but I know that I will always be calling them and will make sure that I refer them to anyone who needs electrical work.
