SeekOne put a new 30 yr roof on our Franklin TN home today, and we are very pleased. Every phase of the process, from Sales with Colin to the onsite project mgmt with Jeff, was smooth and professional. In an industry full of bad actors, SeekOne was a breath of fresh air. I recommend them for your roofing needs.

Top notch roofing company. From the sales rep to the project manager and crew. Always kept informed throughout the whole process. Roof looks great and impressed with the cleanup afterwards. Really enjoyed working with Andrew and Chase. Highly recommend!

My SeekOne experience has been terrible. They did not meet their schedule. Left trash in my yard. Broke concrete statues around the house. There is trash and nails that are still in the yard. Did not complete their work without multiple trips back to resolve. The quality of the work I got was low and the customer experience was even worse. Cody was a lot of help but he's only a cog in this company. My interactions with Amy and Jay Cox have been a different experience. My follow up gutter install was scheduled for yesterday morning. I took the day off from work to be available for it. I requested multiple updates from Amy about when the gutter crew would come and got no response. I assumed they would show up first thing the following morning...and they didn't. When I voiced frustration over losing a day and a half of my time staying in for the install, Amy basically blamed me for it. She said that the person in charge of it was on vacation but that it was my choice to stay home. No apology. I spoke with the VP, Jay Cox, who echoed Amy's stance. When the gutter crew finally made it out, there was trash, screws, metal pieces left outside. There's also quite a bit of building materials from over a week ago that I was told would be picked up the following day.

They seemed like an OK company to deal with until now but I don't know how I could justify recommending them if they think this is acceptable at the top level of the company. It seems like Cody and Chase did a great job of preventing any other issues but if one has to be solved I would expect to get zero help from the office or upper management.

On top of everything else, I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for an estimate of repairs on my other home in Franklin. They came out, assessed the roof and were confident it needed to be replaced, sent the initial report stating that but have not sent a quote after almost daily contact about it. It seems like the entire process is just extremely disorganized at the office level.

My second house I did not use SeekOne for the work. The SeekOne quote was for $24,000. Their competitor did the work for $13,000 with much higher grade shingles, higher quality work, and none of the long list of issues that came from SeekOne

SeekOne did an excellent job replacing our roof due to storm damage. There were a few hiccups in the process, but they were very responsive and made everything right. Very satisfied customer.

SeekOne roofing was hands down the easiest company to work with! From the opening of the claim to the closing of our claim, Devin took care of everything! It was so easy, that I kept waiting on the fine print to hit me or someone to jump out and say “gotcha!” Jeff and his crew took pride in their work. They left our yard cleaner than it was before they started the job! Our new roof is beautiful! I would only recommend SeekOne Roofing for any roofing needs!

Came back to Seek One Roofing for my own home's new roof and so glad I did! Great pricing, transparent process, due diligence, communication, delivered exactly what they said they would, follow-up after completion, the whole shebang. Baron was my salesperson again, Sandy my production manager and Thomas was my boots on the ground managing the project on-site during the roof removal/installation. They are all consummate professionals - super friendly, thorough and customer service oriented. Thomas ensured everything flowed during their one day haul; he explained things as we went, sent me drone pictures every couple of hours and delivered a seal proof, good looking product on my house. So happy with Seek One. I flip houses so it's awesome to find such great partners for an important part of the home rebuild process. Totally recommend!

We had a great experience with SeekOne Roofing. They came when they said they would and showed up on time. Kyle sent me drone pictures during the process to keep me advised. Nice friendly crew, too. Try even blew out some small trash from my gutters that had escaped my gutter guards. Never asked them to do it, they just did it. They also had done roofs for 4 of my friends after our recent hail storm, came highly recommended from all of them.

These guys did my large-ish roof replacement after hail damage. Super prompt, friendly and helpful. Helped navigate me through the home insurance claim. Looks like they did good work (not a roof expert here).
They even built a protective “castle” around my unmovable project car to protect it. Above and beyond.
Oh and they were skating around on ice in the driveway too, didn’t stop ‘em.

We had SeekOne come out and look at our roof for damage and to see about replacement. Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out to meet with our insurance inspector and walked him through all the damage to help us get the most coverage. He made it so easy!
Install day was great too and went by quickly. We’re very happy with our new roof and highly recommend them!

Overall excellent experience from Jake knocking on the door to project completion. I’ve turned away countless roofers but Jake proved to be very worthy. He provided a very thorough inspection and helped me walk through the entire process from filing the claim to the job being completed. He is a sharp young man and definitely knows the business. Within a couple short weeks we had the adjuster agree with the initial assessment to move forward and replace the roof. Kyle and the install crew were spectacular and I’m still amazed they got the job done in one day. They arrived before dawn and didn’t leave until sunset and Kyle was onsite all day to ensure everything was done right. I would highly recommend SeekOne!

This is a totally professional company who does super excellent work. The salesman worked with me in dealing with the insurance company and advice. The project manager was on the job and answered my many questions and explained the different construction processes. The crew manager is an excellent supervisor who has an eagle eye for details. The workers were as good at knowing what to do without having to be told what to do and working with each other. This crew was as good a crew as I have ever had work on any project that I have had.

Quite simply, we wouldn't have a full roof replacement if it had not been for Ryan with Seek One. His persistence in documenting our hail damage claim to our insurance company was thorough and detailed and he met every hurdle they presented. Seek One has continued to excel in every area. They promptly answered calls ,scheduled appointments, and we couldn't have been more pleased with George's attentiveness in managing the work site. We're so pleased a neighbor recommended them.

From start to finish the process was amazing. I’ve never been in such good hands as far as a remodel goes to my house. The salesman was not pushy and thorough, and the project manager Kyle was informative and helpful. They even went as far as fixing prior damage they did not have to fix.
