Stopped by the SeekOne booth at a local sporting event and happy I did so. I found the team (Andrew in particular) personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Two references in my neighborhood supported my initial opinion with favorable reviews. My roof was 15 years old with suspected hail damage and fascia in need of replacement. We set a day and time for them to do an inspection. I was further impressed at the inspection with their professionalism and understanding of how to work the insurance industry. They explained to me how the entire process would flow. In fact, they agreed to lead that process and were quite effective at it. I only paid a minimal amount out of pocket which was only to cover my deductible and the gutters that I chose to upgrade. They also recommended a subcontractor to do the fascia work when I had struggled to find one. SeekOne did not just replace my shingles, they brought my roof systems, gutters and downspouts up to 2025 code thereby improving the quality of the roof and increasing the value of my home. I strongly recommend SeekOne if you are in need of a new roof. The experience exceeded expectations, especially when compared to the company I used in 2010. SeekOne meets their commitments. And ask for Andrew. His interpersonal skills are outstanding, and he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process.

My son Joe Irwin is a salesman for Seekone out of Brentwood Tn. They started the insurance process and within 2-3 weeks for hail damage on my roof and was replaced and gutters within two days once they started. Work was great and covered my shrubs. Cleaned up well and proud my son works for Seekone and proud of my new roof and gutters.

These guys build our pool in Gallatin Tennessee and the project is still not 100% finished I have a waterfall that still leaks they have damaged my stained concrete while trying to clean the coping with muriatic acid and didn't even bother to neutralize the acid afterwards causing damage to the stained concrete the pool is not even 6 months and we all already have cracks in the decking I have complained multiple times and now I am just being ghosted by them have had to take my issues to my professional local pool builder these guys are all nice and friendly until you give him that last check and then it's ghost time if you have any issues might as well take care of them before you hand them that last paycheck cuz otherwise you'll never hear from them again I have to redo my low voltage lighting because they didn't even bury it an inch the ground the first time I tried to mow it pulled out the wire that wasn't even buried these guys don't even bother to open the pool for you they just give you a list of directions for you to do having to go to the pool store and having your water tested every day for the first 21 days which is something that my local pool builder was very surprised as they turn over the pool 100% finished.

4/23/26 we are now getting gosted them Andrew and his team. Now the heater does not work the waterfall still not fixed and so on. Not only they did not finish but now I can't even get my warranty done. I had to go the Swim Word in Gallatin to look at it but since they don't sell Hayward the process to repair is slow and its more money out of my pocket. I think at this point we will end up in court most likely, I think that is the only way we are going to get answers. Ill keep you posted.

Amazing to work with, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with your entire project.

The final product is great and we’re happy with how it turned out, but the process was a little rocky. We live far from their main coverage area, and I’m sure if we were closer it would have been a smoother process. Overall I would recommend Blue Haven to those in Nashville.

We are 1st time pool owners. Andrew talked us through every step of the process & answered all our questions along the way. He said the pool would be ready for the 2025 swim season & he was spot on. We were floating in the pool today! Would definitely recommend Blue Haven & Andrew to anyone looking for a pool!

We have had great success with Blue Haven pools. It starts with the longevity of a national company that can actually back up their warranty. Then the sales person MJ Morgan was exceptional in helping us take our vision and put it on to a drawing and then Andrew who has meticulously built a quality pool. This is our third home to build a pool with Blue Haven and each time has been fantastic.

Andrew did an amazing job of converting our liner pool into a gunite pool. He also incorporated a built in spa and tanning ledge to further enhance the use of our pool. Andrew was very good in communicating with all aspects of the process and continues to do so if we have any questions. This project was completed on time and truly exceeded our expectations.

We had 2 sewage back ups in a 5 day period and Servpro was extremely responsive and did a fantastic job on such a big mess. They were punctual, professional and made it much easier for us to reopen in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Charlie and Ramon were great! Quick and responsive on initial call in. Daily moisture reading even on weekends. Always called ahead prior to arrival.

Coming home from vacation in Florida we enter our house and water is coming through the ceilings. Immediate attention was required and after first remediation team showed up and basically did nothing, I called ServPro and they responded immediately. Professional attitude, attention to details and keeping me informed on every step of the way. I highly recommend ServPro if you ever experience a water emergency.

Dj and Jamison came out to continue the remediation work on our crawlspace. They were professional, and made sure that I was informed on progress. Good job.

We had an HVAC technician come out and said we had standing water in our crawlspace and needed to call Servpro to remove the water. The water was due to a storm so the representative from Servpro was very upfront and honest. He said they could have done work but the water was almost dried out and saved us a lot of money. Highly recommend.

Tony and DJ arrived promptly and were quick to assess, clean and set up equipment to get our issue resolved. They explained things thoroughly and were very nice to deal with.

ServPro did a fantastic job of cleaning our home after a small fire! Mary Jo, Kenny, Madison, Taylor, and many more great people arrived on time, cleaned and cleaned, and were unfailingly cheerful, kind, and informative. They wiped down surfaces, scrubbed walls, cleaned carpets and ductwork and set up ozone machines to remove smoke from the entire upstairs. Then Peter guided me through figuring out the insurance! Thank you all, so much!

ServPro was called in to respond to an incident that was caused by flooding that affected two floors of a state building. The way this team responded to the high profile client status, immediate needs and result requirements, was beyond expectations. The team worked diligently for over three weeks; with constant communication and attention to detail. Their follow up, ability to perform multiple tasks AND finish the job to 100% satisfaction was an exceptional outcome.

These guys are the biggest cheats. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They gave me an estimate of $1200 to do water damage restoration in our house. They came bringing faulty equipment that actually made the problem worse. They then billed me for their mistake and for services which they did not do. I got a bill for $3500 - 3 times what they quoted. They were deceitful and unresponsive for much of my experience. Anyone has to be better than these guys.
UPDATE: After I marked up their bill to show them what I should pay for and what they should pay for, they agreed with me and even covered the extra $25 that I owed. So, they did respond and I am grateful for that. For that reason, I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars.
