Got a knock on the door and the rest is history! We had no idea we had damage from the TN storms this spring and learned so much about this process. Andrew + Kyle went WAY above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! We were able to replace our roof and gutters with insurance and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone. We hope to not need them anytime soon, but if we did we wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Cody handled our roofing job from start to finish. He was prompt and courteous thru the entire project. He navigated the insurance claim process and streamlined it so it was painless. The crew that came and did install was lead by Tommy. They had the old roof off and new installed in 6 hours. He sent me drone pics thru the entire process which was pretty cool to see! No mess left in yard or driveway. Top notch service from start to finish.

I recently had my roof completed by Seek One and I couldn't be happier! The roof is beautiful! Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. They were particularly dedicated to cleanup after the work. Our sales representatives Carter and Zach were very helpful in working through the process with our insurance company, explaining the process and answering my questions. They also helped us choose the right roofing materials and shingle color that looks perfect with my brick color and stone. The crew was punctual and finished the job in 1 day and we have a steep-pitched, large roof. The worksite supervisor Kyle did a great job keeping me informed of the work that day. The roofing team worked efficiently and respected my property. I was shocked that we had no damage and found very few nails around the house. The quality of the materials and work is excellent! Our sales rep Carter came by after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the work. He removed scuffs from our deck and made another sweep of our property for nails! SeekOne did an amazing job with replacing my roof. They started bright and early and got everything finished in one day. Consummate professionalism and quality service from inception to the conclusion of the reroofing project. SeekOne sales representative Cody Unger, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail. He was with us from the beginning to the completion of the work. He "tackled" our insurance company, which had denied our initial claim, by documenting and demonstrating in minute detail the damage occasioned by recent hail and wind storms. The company actually commented on the excellent submission, which evidenced unrefuttable damage, and therefore full coverage of our claim under the policy! Special recognition must be given to Thomas Kelly, our project manager, who was present throughout the 14 hour reroofing project. He went beyond and helped me with our outdoor needs in ensuring our 75 foot length flower beds full of fragile Sunpatiens, Mountain Laurel, and Arborvitae trees were protected, and the outdoor needs of our dogs met, with many courtesies extended that day. Drone photos were messaged to me thoughout the day, showing the progress and skill of their team. Additionally, Chad Keller, yet another SEEKONE project manager who was reroofing our neighbors' home across the street the next day, came to my assistance with a professional and gracious attitude. Thank you, Chad! From the beginning, the sales representative, Cody Unger, was on site both days to ensure every aspect of the project was met, and frankly, exceeded our expectations! Their salesmanship and extra help on the frontend were great and even my roof is great based on how it's performed the first few weeks. But they didn't come through with the extras they promised which is what really got me to choose them over others in the first place.

One thing they promised was the ability to get pictures of the work being done throughout the day. I loved this concept and looked forward to getting a few pictures an hour. But that's not what happened. I got 4 pictures around 4 hours into the work, and then my texts went unanswered for the next 3 hours as I requested updates. That's 1 picture in the first 7 hours and very little communication! Finally, I got a bunch of "after" pictures.

During the 4 hours of silence, out of concern, I drove to my house and took some pictures of my own. There was trash blowing into my neighbors yard and the workers had not put out enough tarps to catch the nails or old shingles coming off the roof. They appeared to be working mostly "unsupervised." Again, some of these small "additions" just weren't happening.

Then, after it was all done, I asked a few additional questions by text but got no response. I guess they moved on to other customers. Disappointing as they sold me on how they'd be there for me if I needed anything before, during or after.

On the brightside, the salesperson I worked with, was really great and worked with me and my insurance company to ensure things made sense and we got the money we needed from the roof replacement. That was helpful.

All in all, I would likely shop around a bit to find someone different given this experience, although I wouldn't be completely against using them again. It just wasn't everything that I was promised and it added some stress to me on the day of the work.

I like dealing with local Businesses. These guys are local Nashville and so great! The project manager for my roofing job, Thomas, was especially great. He communicated everything that they were gonna do and showed me pictures as they went along. When they were finished they cleaned up everything! You would never know they were here.
