We had the Maven group come out to our home and build us a 28x30 garage pad. However this job wasn't the easiest we have nothing but hill side. David was amazing he helped build our dreams inspite of how many difficulties the property had he did it with a smile on his face and made it look easy. I wanted something that my property just couldnt do and David came up with a solution and we love love the way everything turned out. I will use them again and highly reccomend them.

Very satisfied with the work done. We required footers for deck, a concrete pad for a Swimspa and pads for steps and an outside shower, but access to our home is not easy but Kenny and his team dealt with their jobs in a very professional manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done all.

Working with the Maven Group was an awsome experience. Our new shop pad looks great and was everything we hoped for. Kenny the project manager and David the Forman keep us informed and exceeded our expectations. I will be using them again. They have set a standard I now demand out of other contractors.

If I could give Mavens a 10 score I would!!!! I had grading of backyard, a cement walkway put in, (the walkway looks fabulous by the way)extension of gutters from house, buried far away from house, and a grate with piping added to front of garage.(outside)
I called Mavens because my biggest problem was water! Water that was eroding away my backyard, water entering my garage, every rain storm, halfway into garage, water from gutters surrounding my foundation with no place to go. Mavens solved all of this!!! What a wonderful crew!!! Kenny as head man, I came to place all my trust in him as he definitely knows his business.Such a nice man!!! David, saw the job through, with great co-workers like Ray, and Im sorry that I was unable to remember other names, all great workers, and so professional. I am writing a very honest review hoping if you are considering, this may help you in deciding to use them. Prices I felt was reasonable, but more importantly was their honesty, work ethics and fantastic outcome. Don't hesitate to call them, they will exceed your expectations as they have for me!!!

I was more than pleased with the work of the Maven Group. They exceeded my expectation—ahead of time and within budget!

We needed an addition to our driveway. The work was professionally done and went the extra mile to insure a quality result. They also gave me excellent instruction on how to care for the concrete.

Furthermore, they gave me a suggestion to use river rock instead of on a corner of the drive that not only saved me a significant amount over another bid, it added real beauty to the entrance of the house.

When I need concrete work in the future, I know who I will call.

Gartman Landscaping built a retaining wall on a very steep slope and added to a decorative retaining wall. They also replaced overgrown foundation plantings, and graded, added soil and seeded my lawn. They did a beautiful job with everything and I am very happy with the results. I talked to a lot of landscapers- Silas always got back to me and followed through. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Silas and his crew to grade clean up and grade my dirt driveway with gravel. Not only was he the most affordable option his timeline to get the project done was much sooner than any other options I pursued. Very professional, great crew, and informative about the entire process.

Silas (owner) and his whole team are extremely hard-working, courteous, on time, do impeccable work….the list goes on! They are exactly the type of company and service we all hope to find when choosing to have work done. For us, they did extensive grading with topsoil, fescue sod, planted trees and large shrubs and put stone borders around large garden areas and then lots of mulch. It’s wonderful to see how much pride they all take in their work. They had a good size crew but shout out to Casey and Enrique as leads on the work on our project. We will definitely have them back for future projects and highly recommend them (and I don’t do many reviews lol!)

The owner of this company is definitely a man of his word and absolutely fantastic to work with! One of his employees were hauling equipment on interstate & a rock flew off & hit our windshield & busted it. With no second guessing when contacting Silas volunteered to pay to have damage fixed even though his insurance don’t cover it. Definitely would use him for all your needs just because how honest and respectful he is!! His employee was also very respectful & well mannered when we talked to him too! Excellent crew!

We received a quote from Gartman for removal of old and overgrown bushes in the front yard of our home, and it was quite reasonable. We accepted the bid and authorized the job. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to do the work, but it turned out to be much bigger than they thought! The guys worked very hard and were so very nice! They completed the job to our satisfaction in spite of how much more difficult it turned out to be. We highly recommend Gartman!

I feel compelled to pass on my opinion and endorsement of Gartman Landscaping and Excavation.

Our introduction to them began when our neighbor contracted with them to excavate their back yard and construct a flagstone patio with fire pit. Our project was to include 2 separate concrete pads, a large retaining wall, and multiple hours of excavation to straighten out some severe drainage issues and provide us with a yard level enough for me to maintain. Access to the back yards was complicated so we elected to do our projects simultaneously for access of the excavation equipment as well as materials for both projects. Silas and his talented crews flawlessly executed both the projects keeping us and our neighbors informed and up to date as they progressed. Workmanship and pride in what they did was outstanding. We experienced a few areas where Silas was not happy with the outcome and we witnessed him instruct his crews to do it again until the result met his standards. Communication was outstanding and we were contacted multiple times throughout the project by Silas just to ensure we were happy and satisfied with his work. He did a great job keeping us informed of cost and the budget for our project. Silas was quick to provide estimates for in-process changes and enhancements.
