Avoid at all costs. Back in July a storm took out my unit. I used a home warranty service and Fletcher showed up promptly and repaired the fan. However as part of the storm/faililng unit, the duct work also collapsed within the crawl space and this was to be addressed. Fletcher tried to claim that ductwork was not covered by my warranty. American Homeshield created a second work order specifically about repairing the duct work, their tech came out, took photos and without providing a repair/invoice or plan of action. I tried seeking additional information and Fletcher would not return my calls, American Homeshield refunded me for poor service. Avoid this company.

Update: The motor they installed in the unit failed after 7 months, guess who's on the hook for another big expense. Thanks Fletcher!

Good: The response time was excellent.

OK: The diagnosis was a “stuck” schrader valve that caused a leak of a pound of refrigerant.

Needs improvement: They charged the upper end of the retail price range for an R-22 compatible refrigerant. $140 a pound. R-22 costs $10 a pound for vendors.

Needs serious improvement: Tech left without finishing the temp check. He was going to leave without a temp check and didn’t bring his IR thermometer. I provided one to him. The temp of the air out of the vents didn’t reach a difference greater than 10 degrees with the thermostat and didn’t get below 62 when the tech left. Because subsequent days have been cold, I still don’t know if the AC will work properly when it’s a warm day.

Also, my system takes R-22 but the tank they used to top off the refrigerant was labeled R-407C, which is a compatible replacement but should never be mixed with R-22.

Went through AHS had a great experience!

I don't care if you pay for a warranty and they tell you that you HAVE to use Fletcher. Do not use Fletcher, period. It's not worth it.

My technician,Dakota was AMAZING! What a knowledgeable young man & a sweetheart! I highly recommend!

Cooper was awesome! Fixed our A/C problem and was very experieced and nice.

I have First American Home warranty and they sent this company out to fix my heating unit. The technician was lazy never went to the attic. His name was Copper and then claim to be electrocuted, but walk out my driveway on camera just fine. The company is a rip off and rude. He did nothing but unplug my unit and wouldn’t come back to fix the problem. Do not use this company you will regret it I promise. Close the door if the man name is Cooper!!

I do not recommend this company their techs have no clue what they are doing came fixed my air said it was working and it wasn't came back finally gotten it to working/ then tried cutting my heat on and it doesn't work called them they never contacted me back so I found someone else to look at it/ come to find out they wired the controll board incorrectly that they replaced ! So I had to pay out of pocket NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!

Today, Fletcher Heating and Air came out to repair my air conditioners. The technician was Brandon and he did a superior job. He was very knowledgeable and checked both units and corrected the problems quickly and efficiently!!! Great job, Brandon!

We were able to have our unit fixed in a less than 2 days. They were prompt and professional.

Unprofessional. If you do not want to supply repairs through your affiliate lead generator ( Home Warranty Companies) and are to "busy" to take on "difficult" jobs and disagree with the warranty company about what is covered, why waste someone's time to come out to their home? That is not to mention the non professionalism in the home, aligned with the disappointment by your tech that it may be covered under warranty. It seems your google rating is a good reflection on the standards of your company and hanging up with a customer who feels neglected and mistreated, thinking we had been provided with an estimate from your company which never was developed nor received. I am sure with that type of customer service you all will not proceed to stay "busy" for long.

I was referred to Fletcher H&A through our AHS warranty. Fletcher called and serviced same day! Cooper was professional, friendly and efficient. He explained the issues and made us feel confident in knowing what was going on. Excellent service and communication!
