Daniel was professional, courteous, and clean. He took off his shoes when he entered our home. He looked at all parts of the HVAC system, then came to me to explain the problem in detail while showing me the defective part with a tester. I would recommend this young man at this company anytime.

12/21/2020 - Masters Appliance was one of the best contractor experiences I can remember. Greg came out within the timeframe given, promptly diagnosed my issue, explained everything to me, and also answered every and all the questions I had regarding my HVAC system. He was professional, courteous, and personable.
I’ve already recommended Masters Appliance to a colleague just today. I know choosing the right contractor can be difficult sometimes. Make it easy on yourself and give Masters a call.

Greg has been exceptional, cordial and very professional. Even though there were some communication lag due to phone tagging (we kept missing each other's phone calls) at the end of the day he was able to resolve the issue.

He is knowledgeable, He knows his stuff.

I have had a number of things done by Greg and he does great wok at a reasonable cost. His service call/tune up at my former home cost less than the fee for other companies to just come to my house (they wanted 3-4x as much!). I had him install a 4 ton heat pump last year, works great. Will have him install another this year on the second level of our home. A+ service.

After getting ripped off by 2 other HVAC companies Masters came in and repaired my whole system and got it running! Both Greg the owner and Daniel his son are both very trustworthy and professional and treat you like family and don't leave till the job is done! They have earned my business and I have also made 2 new friends in the process!

Have used this company for many years, several homes. Strong work ethics, great honest assessment of problem and pricing. Very prompt. Calls when on their way. Best customer service ever. Can't say enough good things about Greg and his Son . With semi annual checks they have prevened future costly failures.

Excellent and courteous company.The technicians always remove their shoes when inside. They explain what the problem is and estimate to fix.I have never felt pressured to make any unnecessary repairs.

Greg not only helped make our dishwasher much more efficient, he gave us tips to keep it that way in the future! Then a week after that, came back to check when our heat wasn't working properly! They will fit your work schedule to make sure your job gets done as quick as possible, and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

So I knew I needed a new blower motor after replacing the capacitor and it only running for one day then the motor is too hot to start.
I checked every place in town to see if anyone had it ($ 148 at Amazon, but 4 days shipping)
One place had it, but they only sell to contractors.
Masters sent their repairman out who confirmed that the capacitor was good, and that the motor was drawing too many amps and needed replacement. He had a motor that was for a different unit but admitted was too weak to withstand the amps for my application, but would cost me $350 installed. The correct replacement could be next day shipped in from his supplier for$425.
I told him that there was a place in town that had it in stock. After he called him he said $475 and he would come back later, he had other calls to make. Being as it was already middle of the afternoon and it only would take 15-20 minutes to put it together I told him he needed to finish me before going to the next job. His dispatcher agreed and 45-50
minutes later it was running like a charm.
I felt that his price was at least $100 too much for a part that Amazon now wants to sell to me for $119, and took less than an hour total for all the labor and diagnostics.
I shouldn't have had to fuss at him to finish this job, knowing that most likely he wouldn't get back till the next day ( see, you should have done it my way) even though the temperature had been dipping into the 20's at night.
To his credit he was knowledgeable and proficient, and patient with my dilemma.
Perhaps the fact that I had to pay 475 for a part that I can now buy for 119 and install myself. In an hour was so frustrating.

Masters Appliance was booked via my home warranty company. I had been using another company for my AC maintenance. My AC wasn’t working and it was over 80 in my house. Daniel came out late in the evening and diagnosed the issued. He repaired it and went above and beyond even doing some maintenance to the system. It turns out the company I was using wasn’t doing all the things I was paying them to do. I will be using Masters Appliance heating and air now on. They are honest, reliable and have pride in the work they do. Thank you for everything

Very satisfied. Our technician Daniel did an amazing job. He fixed multiple problems in our crawlspace, taking photos of each step and explaining in detail what the problems were and how he fixed them. He not only addressed the immediate issues but implemented preventative measures to ensure smooth running in the future. He was the epitome of professional and respectful.

Master’s is our go-to for any and all of our HVAC needs. We have used them for our home, our rentals, and business. They have so much integrity, always squeeze us in (even if it’s 9 pm), and have better prices than anyone else we have ever used. I have recommended them to everyone I know who needed HVAC services and they also had incredible service. I can’t recommend them enough! 5/5!

I cannot say enough good things about Masters. We just used them for a new unit in our primary home back in the summer. The work was reliable and reasonably priced, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they filled out and turned in all of our warranty papers for us!
This week, the furnace went out in our rental house. The part needed was almost $500 plus installation. Instead of charging me that, they took their time to call around and see if the part was under warranty. Surprised again, it was! At the end of the day the tenant was pleased their furnace was fixed, and I was only out $185. Masters work fast, shows up on time, and always goes the extra mile for their customers. Do not think twice about hiring this company! They are amazing.

Greg came out at 9:15 pm to fix our dryer after a Kong day at another job. He was fast, affordable, and explained everything I needed to know. He owns the business and he’s willing to come out and do work at whatever time. Highly recommend!

Masters did a great job on our air conditioning system. We have an older unit, but they did their best to find a motor, had it shipped overnight and installed it the next day. They were very professional, happy to explain what they were doing, and billed exactly what they estimated. I will happily deal with them again.

When our system went down during a late-August heat wave, our house was a sauna. But Daniel at Masters helped us get it running again quickly and with great professionalism. This is the second time we had the pleasure of working with Daniel. 2 years ago he fixed our AC, and when I learned he was coming again this time, I felt a swell of confidence that we would have the issue resolved.

As expected, Daniel promptly got to work upon arrival and identified and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He clearly explained everything afterward. Very professional. Masters is 2 for 2 in our book, and we will turn to them for our repair needs any time.

A few years ago our A/C went out mid summer. Called another company that had been servicing our unit for 10 years, they said it was a $600 part. Master's came out same day on a holiday and had it fixed with a $6 part. 100% recommend

Very satisfied. They were booked through my home warranty, Our technician Daniel did an awesome job and told me tips on how to prolong my Unit trouble free. He did an amazing job. He also fixed the problems and addressed few potential issues. He found a small leak on my roof. He was the epitome of Knowledge, professionalism, and customer focused.

Some of the kindest, most sincere and knowledgeable people I've ever had working on my home. It's a family business that really emphasizes integrity and good communication with customers. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Update: Master's once again exceeded my expectations by installing a new air handler for my HVAC system. Greg and his son completely reconfigured the layout of the system, brought it up to current code, and did the job in the most precise and neat way. This was like a new construction install. They did a fantastic job. VERY PLEASED.

Masters was sent to us by our home warranty company, FA, after the initial company, U,, did not properly evaluate the issue of our unit short cycling. U replaced a blown fuse and left. They then attempted to convince us to replace our entire unit and charge us an additional $2500. U then lied repeatedly and avoided calls.
It took a month of back and forth with FA (without AC) but they finally assigned us to Masters. Masters was fantastic! They came out the next day and were able to repair our system the same day. They also showed me the damaged part and explained how they were able to tell it was damaged.
Based on their service I highly recommend them, they were honest, thorough, prepared, and responsive.
