This company was the most professional I have ever dealt with. They were extremely polite and courteous. I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday but they called me a Sunday as an opening popped up and arrived as scheduled. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again.

Masters Appliance Heating & Air have provided excellent service. Our air-conditioning unit quit working and Daniel came to the house at 7:30 pm to assess the problem. He explained the issues, provided options, and within a few days we had a completely new unit. Service is professional. They hauled off old unit and debree, and all is working well! Highly recommend.

I could not edit my last review so I am going to post another one. A few days ago I had called and gotten zero response from Masters about servicing my a/c unit. That being said, I was reached out to the following day by them they did not make excuses and they took the blame and said they had corrected their phone problem. They asked if I would still consider letting them service my unit and I said yes. Greg came out and was at the house at the exact time he said he would be. Was beyond nice and extremely helpful about things to help keep the house cool and things we can do to help our unit. He cleaned and serviced our unit and did a fantastic job. Even though it was a rocky start, he has definitely earned our business and I now see why he was so highly recommended. We will be sticking with Masters in the future for all of our a/c and appliance needs. Great company!

Our HVAC stopped cooling on Friday night and we had it repaired by Monday afternoon…just in time for our daughter’s 18th big birthday party. So grateful for Master’s dispatcher and her kindness and ability to get us on the schedule so quick. Daniel had us repaired with a new capacitor in 15min and was incredibly kind and professional. My unit went out last night, called my home warranty service, Masters Applicance was here the next day. My unit is up and running. Customer service was amazing and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I'm very thankful.

Masters has been a faithful service provider for me over the years. Whether a large job or small, they do an excellent job. A few years back I needed the heat pump & air sending unit servicing the upper floor of my house replaced. Father & son came and pulled out old equipment & replaced with new at an excellent price. This family owned business makes you feel like family when they do work. I have found them 100 % trustworthy over the years & would strong recommend them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Greg and Daniel. They provide an exceptional service that is backed by a strong work ethic, integrity, and kindness. Greg came out to my house after-hours to give me a quote on a new HVAC system. I did not at all feel as if he was taking a “salesman” approach, but rather, he was honest about what needed to be done without adding on excessive extras. He and Daniel came out just a couple days later and got done ahead of schedule. You can tell that they take pride in their work. I was just so impressed by my whole experience with them. Not to mention, their price beat multiple other quotes I got by at least $1000. To have this kind of quality service AND such competitive pricing AND supporting a small, family-owned business, it was a no-brainer to go with Master’s! Thank you guys for the job very well done!

We have an old heat pump and have had a couple of issues with it in the last year. Masters has come to our rescue twice now! Both times they have come out and fixed our issue in the same day that we called them. They were very thorough in diagnosing our issues and checking other associated components. Also the total cost is always significantly lower than I’m expecting it to be. I highly recommend Masters appliance heating and air to everyone! They will always be who I go through with my hvac needs.

Amazing service! We got home from vacation to an 80 degree house! Masters responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and patiently explained the issues and the costs associated with them. We will definitely use them again. Thanks Daniel!

They came out to our house twice within 48hrs and were VERY HELPFUL! They had fixed an initial issue and then had to come back again and the AC is working beautifully in this heat wave we are getting! Thank you for your patience and service.

I called on a Sunday evening and Daniel was here by lunchtime the next morning. Our AC unit had stopped cooling our home, and due to how old the unit was, I was afraid we would need a replacement. Daniel was very good at explaining what the issue was and said we definitely do not need to replace the unit. He had us back up and running within an hour! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is long overdue.
If you need your AC or Heating repaired this is the company to call. I have been fortunate to find them and use them over the last few years. Most of the issues should have been covered under a home warranty, but the home warranty company always sent out someone that didn't know what they were doing, or did it wrong. And in many cases they were large ticket items like AC handlers and compressors and the delays were in weeks. Thank God I found Master! They were always able to quickly resolve my issues if not the same day, as soon as parts were available.
Master's is the most professional, honest, and knowledgable company I've ever used for my AC work and I will continue using them. And I would urge you to as well!

I can’t say enough great things about Masters Appliance Heating and Air! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Daniel and his team went above and beyond — not only did they install a brand new Trane 14 SEER unit for my downstairs (at a price well below the competition), but Daniel also took the initiative to address issues caused by another company who had recently installed my upstairs unit just two weeks prior.

During the install, my upstairs HVAC stopped working due to a clogged drain tube — something the other company failed to clear properly. It backed up and shut the system off entirely. Without hesitation, Daniel diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot, even though it wasn’t their work. On top of that, he reprogrammed the thermostat on that same upstairs unit to ensure it dimmed correctly when inactive — a small detail, but it really matters.

What really impressed me was the work ethic, dedication, and transparent communication throughout the entire process. Daniel kept me informed every step of the way, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right — regardless of who had done what before him.

I have been calling masters for my HVAC work for years now and the family has been incredible to us.

Masters and Daniel were FANTASTIC! We moved recently and had them out for some maintenance work. Our AC was 22 years old so we decided to get it replaced. Masters HVAC is family run by truly nice people. We had another company (with iPads and folders) come give us an estimate but we picked Masters and couldn’t be happier.
