Ray and his guys are great! They installed my gas range and helped me determine what was wrong with our gas fireplace. They will be coming back to clean our ac ducts and look at installing a return in our upstairs.

I called Assured Comfort on a cold Sunday when my furnace went out. They came in two hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had me fixed in 24 hours! Super affordable!

Every time we’ve called, Ray or one of his crew are here that day or the next. They are always friendly, professional, prompt, well knowledged, and not only is their work top notch but they quickly it done.

The technician saved the day, was super polite, courteous and helpful! Our A/C went out in the middle of the night, in August! When he arrived, he was able to fix the issue that we couldn’t get fixed with another company. We were worried we would be without a/c for more than a day (other company said it would be a week!), but his professionalism, expertise and willingness to please was above and beyond! Our experience was a breath of fresh air, pun intended! I would absolutely refer this company to any of my friends or family! We are very thankful for his hard work and attention to detail!

Cost was reasonable. We found the owner to be honest and a man of his word. His crew installed and test our unit. We have light cream almost white carpet. The crew did not make a mess and our carpet wasn’t soiled. I also recommend this company to my neighbor. Their outside exhaust pipe was setup incorrectly not setup to code. This company came out quickly to fix the problem.

I had several different companies diagnose my old unit, spent a lot of money trying to replace parts then they all said the same thing in only a few minutes. When Jason with Assured Comfort came out for the first time and spent about a hour checking it out thoroughly. He took the time to explain the problem, and it made perfect sense to me. I completely trusted his diagnosis. Ray was very helpful with the purchasing and financing process, scheduled it for the same week and had my new unit installed and working in only a few hours. They are all very professional, polite, clean messes they make in your home, and are even kid and animal friendly! A few months later the unit developed a small leak, and they promptly came out to fix it. They went above and beyond to fix the issues and ensure that I was completely satisfied. I can’t thank them enough for handling it the way they did. They strive to make sure their customers are happy with the quality of their work!

Called for service, spoke to someone who said they would send info to the office for scheduling. Never heard back from anyone. Followed up by calling the office next day, left a message, and again, no response. It has been over a week now, and I had to call someone else.

Reached out to Assured Comfort on a Saturday afternoon for help with a broken old furnace - they came highly recommended by a neighbor and I can definitely see why! Ray called me within the hour and referred me to on call tech Steven who swiftly diagnosed a quick fix that he followed up with a visit first thing Monday morning. From start to finish everyone was a pleasure to deal with, so informative and offered great solutions for providing more life out of my old unit where as most other companies in the past have barely glanced at it before just trying to upsell me on ripping the entire thing out.
