Used maximum heating and air because they were a contracted vendor for a unit with a warranty. They replaced my coil under warranty at the end of summer 2023. No longer working and they claim it is not their responsibility. They maintain there is no warranty for their installation. The manufacturer of the coil maintains it still has warranty in place. Very poor customer service.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit in a rental home I own in Harrison. I called Maximum Heating and Air to request help for my tenants. This company was very courteous to speak with on the phone, scheduled a technician to arrive within an hour and resolved the issue for my home efficiently and cost effectively. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue as low on Freon. The company rep knew I was not able to be on site and kept me informed with the repair throughout the experience. My tenants are happy and reported that the on-site technician was very clean and adhered to the new safety standards during this COVID-19 pandemic. The cost of working with this company was affordable and well worth it! I would highly recommend this company to everyone and I will continue to partner with them on future needs. Thanks

New to the area and googled HVAC companies. They were on the top list of people. I called them based on their reviews and also the google checkmark.

Pat was able to get out next day to service and find out what was needed. Didn’t give us any pressure but told us what was needed to be done which was a whole new system in the end. The quote was very reasonable and we were able to get it done today the following week.

The guys that came out to install our new system were professional and finished in a timely manner. I would say it took most of the morning going into lunchtime.

I would note that if you wish for the crew to wear bootie covers instead of walking in your home with their own shoes I would request that before they come. My carpets need replacing so I didn’t find it a big deal anyway. Now we have a working system that blows cool and warm air and if anything goes wrong we call them. I highly recommend you give them a call with your HVAC needs!

I highly recommend this company for any of your hvac needs. I spoke with Weston and he showed up for an estimate when he said he would. Also showed up on time and worked late to finish my job because of approaching bad weather. They didn’t want to leave anything unfinished. Cleaned up completely when finished. Give them a call. I found this company, and Mason, who came to the rescue to fix my broken ac unit, to be excellent. Customer service is a priority for them, and it really shows.

Well how to start this… First off is our power company called and said we had an unusual power problem where our HVAC system was constantly running both air and heat. I didn’t know who to contact because me and my wife are first time home owners so shout out to Angie’s list because One Source Heating was the highest rated in our area. They literally called back in 5 mins and a couple hours later a technician came out and fixed the problem immediately. Will most definitely be using One Source for all our HVAC needs
