They did a great job getting my heat back up and running really appreciate that they took the time to explain everything to me as they were doing it.

I am so happy with the quality and service provided by our technician and this company. Our technician Emory was extremely thorough servicing our Heating and Air unit. He was very nice to explain everything to my husband. I am also very pleased that I called and was able to talk to someone on the phone and also to set up a service that day. The technician called and I also received a text with a photograph so that I would know what he looked like and when he would be arriving. I am very pleased that they did this because you can never be too careful anymore. I am extremely pleased with the value of the service and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with One Solutions was a little eye opening. The Technician (Mark) went over my 3 heating and air systems and showed me the dirt and build up of the systems. I have have have a maintenance service contact with another company and they never went that deep into the systems. The weather in Chattanooga, TN is not Predictable at all (No Matter what the weather people say. They are only right about 50% of the time . And that is being kind. I need a system that I trust. I feel like I am going to have that now.

Called on a Sunday evening to get on the schedule as our upstairs unit had quit working. Left word with their answering service and received a call back within minutes. Was scheduled for Monday morning appointment.
Emory was our tech and he called several times to keep us aware of his eta. Once here he diagnosed the problem quickly and had us blowing cold within 30 minutes.
He also went ahead and did a diagnostic on both units just make sure and he reported everything was good to go.
Very professional and cost of repair was super reasonable.
We were so impressed with the service from start to finish that we signed up for the maintenance package.

The One Source tech showed up on time and did a very thorough job. He explained everything to me and was very nice. I thought the price was very reasonable!

I was having issues with my Air Conditioning not keeping my house cool. I called One Source and the person that answer the phone was super helpful and got me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The tech that came out answered all of my questions and got my system running again. The tech was polite and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend One Source.

Mark was friendly , professional, honest, and offered fair pricing. Our heat went out and temperatures were dropping below freezing that night. When I called, Mark came out that day and got it back to running.

Emory Flores pulled me out of a tight spot having a infant in the house and 2 other younger kids. Got my unit running, at least until we can sort the entire repair. Helped me out big, came out when it was late and really did me right. His help allowed me to have a cooled down house and much less stress on me for the night. I highly appreciate what Emory did for me...he really embodies all the right things you want in a HVAC/Technician in General. Stellar service and the only company I'll be using from here on out.

I had a wonderful experience with One Source this morning. The technician, Mark, was very professional and thoroughly explained what he did to repair my A/C. He also advised of some other repairs that I should consider in the near future due to the age of my unit ( which I really appreciated! ) I will definitely use One Source from here on out.

This was an annual maintenance checkup of the heating part of our HVAC system. The technician did a comprehensive job and answered several questions we had related to our furnace and newer products. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We have relatives coming for Thanksgiving and Christmas and we're confident that we'll have reliable, high-quality heat while they stay with us.

I’m very happy with the product, price and service that I received from One Source heating and cooling company! They are my go to source from now on! I was with another company for years and they tried to scam me twice! One Source has been honest with me and offered a great price! I highly recommend them! Their service men have been very polite and knowledgeable.

Had good service on my unit, but also purchased the yearly maintenance plan. After the technician left, I decided I didn't want the plan. I have called numerous times, since September 3, and been told at least 4 times that my refund is approved and will be sent. Last conversation was 8 days ago where the rep wanted my email so I could be copied because apparently the refund is now up to corporate. Never received the email. Just feel like I've gotten the run around.

Very professional and concise. Explained problem found and different options. Ian was so nice and trustworthy. I am an older Mom. Ian took his time to speak with my son in detail. I could not have been more pleased with service and attention given. Thank you one source for a pleasant visit.

Overall I am Very pleased with the service I have received from OneSource! They are quick to respond when needed. I appreciate the integrity and honesty with which they operate their business. Mark came out to conduct an inspection on our furnace as part of our service contract. He found one issue that needed to be addressed and taken care of before it created bigger problems down the road. He did a great job! I highly recommend OneSource for all of your heat and air conditioning needs.

I called One Source for my HVAC units fan wouldn't quit blowing, needed a modulation switch replaced. When the tech arrived, he was also a bit all over the place. He wanted serial numbers to all my units, wanted to inspect all of them, I had to refocus him to the problem I called about. While inspecting the unit we were having small talk. The conversation covered even though my part replacement was under warranty, there would be an additional 4 - 5 hour labor charge added on to go pick up the part, i explained for that price I would go pick it up, he quickly shut that down stating i couldn't do that, I was not authorized.

What happened next really surprised me, he actually said I should replace all the parts he has to remove to get to the part needing replaced, which included replace the main board, said it could go out in the next couple of years. I reminded him I had a ten year warranty and IF the part goes out in a couple of years I would replace it at that time. I ended the service call by not letting this guy touch anything on my unit, called the office multiple times to report the technician explaining what he was wanting to do was fraud. After the third or fourth call I left the office manager a voice mail letting him know of the service I received, as of today February 2nd, I have not heard back from him. I requested either a refund or the part under warranty for the $86 dollar service charge i paid for his technician to try and rip me off. The quote on a 15 minute switch replacement was $450, included in that was replacing a bunch of parts that were not broken, that might go out in the future.

Run from this company, don't even let them through the door, they clearly have no idea what integrity means.

Our heat was having an issue during the weekend of teen temps, we called One Source and they sent a tech out THAT day, amazing! We were back up and running within a few hours thanks to Mason and this wonderful company. They are up front with cost and what services are being performed, they even tell you what to expect for the after hours inspection fee on the phone up front which I really appreciated. This is a wonderful company, and Mason made sure we were full informed on everything about our units and ductwork by the time he was done. I really appreciate them!
