Neal and his crew were awesome. They were there very promptly and there were very reasonably priced. Definitely will use them again.

I called to get an estimate on a new unit and Neal came out the same day. He was very friendly and polite. His quote was the best out of the 3 I received. He said he could come out in 2 days to install it and the morning of, he was here an hour early. He and his crew finished 3 hours ahead of time. My day was not tied up with waiting. I am very pleased with the service I received. I will be using them to do my maintenance as well. If you go with them first you won’t have to look any further. I highly recommend!

We were in tough spot. No AC and it was hot. I was expecting someone to come in and tell us we needed to replace equipment or something else that would cost a fortune. Instead it was a simple fix. Honesty and integrity, I was expecting the worst and got the best.

They were prompt to help us when our A/C unit stopped cooling this summer! They got there quickly and found the problem! They were very nice explaining everything and quickly got to work to fix it! They even made sure everything else was working the way it should! They were very fair in the price and did not over charge us or try to talk us into things we did not need! Neal and Nathan are absolute professionals! There is nothing worse than your AC malfunctioning on the hottest day of the year, but they worked me in, showed up and quickly figured out what was going on, and replaced the compressor. I couldn't be happier with the service and results!

Neal and his partner were amazing. Especially since it has been so hot! I have waited to leave a review to determine if my issue was fixed. I messaged Neal on Sunday evening when the thermostat listed that it was 96 in my home. He responded immediately working around my schedule to come look at the issue. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I am excited to say I have been cool as a cucumber since! As a single female I feel that pricing was fair and this is the second time I have used his services. I highly recommend Air 911. I have even recommended my brother in Ringgold and my nail guy in Hixson. It was truly an emergency! Thanks to Neal and his staff for the rescue!

Called out Air 911 Heating and Cooling LLC when are unit stopped heating and they were able to come out the same day to assist (on a Saturday)! They were friendly, professional, completed a full diagnosis, and corrected the issue the same day. In addition, they were reasonably priced. Highly recommend this business if you are having heating and air unit problems.

I was very impressed with my service! They arrived the next business day after my initial call for an inspection, a Father and son team.
