I highly recommend Air 911 Heating and Cooling. Neal, his son and team did an excellent job on a new unit install. They were professional, efficient and offered the best value available.

Neal and his team are amazing. We called on Monday about our heat and he called us back on Tuesday and told us our unit was too old and he couldn't get us parts but he had a great deal on a new unit and that is exactly what he did. He had us a new unit and had it installed and ready to go by 3 p.m. on Friday before the cold weather hit. Thank you so much. We recommend him to everyone.

They were outstanding! I called them yesterday for a quote for a new unit. Neil sent me the link so I could finance it. I was approved with a payment I can afford and they installed it today! Now we are nice and warm! I’m very happy!

They were very courteous and knowledgeable about our two units being checked for a spring cleaning. They found parts going bad and showed me the issues before repairing. I will be sure to use them in the future for any needed servicing!

Friendly and fast service! When my unit went out, I got a quote quickly over the phone and they came 2 days later to install! The install was pretty quick and my heat was back to working in no time! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

Absolute incredible service. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Absolutely the "BEST". Neal and his son were nothing short of brilliant. Our unit went out, leaving us with means of electric heaters and kerosene heaters to rely on for heat. Tonight.. our home is so comfortable and warm. They worked very hard on the installation (perfect) job on our new unit. They were very diligent of clean up too. You couldn't tell anyone had been here when they left. Perfectly clean. Needed to replace a complete HVAC system and was worried about the cost and getting a great company to work with. Luckily I stumbled onto Neal and team and they did not disappoint. In fact, not only did I receive a great price, but the service was outstanding. It’s been a few days now and Neal has called to check that everything thing was going great and to explain the good warranty that came with it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any service you are looking for.

I just had the best experience with Air 911 that I've EVER had dealing with my HVAC. I called them on a Saturday and they were on site to help in just a couple of hours. Extremely kind, honest, very reasonably priced. And they even went out of their way to give me some valuable education, on my unit, that will help me in the future if I ever have another problem. Wish I had known to call them the last time!

After calling for an estimate, they had our new unit installed within just 3 days — which was a huge relief for us.

It's nearly impossible to get a hold of these people, or even figure out IF and WHEN they will decide on showing up. They never seem to want to pick up their phones either. Instead I have to play a waiting game and just hope they might show. All around despicable service.

Did not have the the equipment to do the job and they charge way to much. Overlooked the problem entirely. Called another company and they were able to resolve the problem

Dealt with Apex on two projects. One a light commercial and one a residential project. Both were carried out professionally and I would use them again in the future.

We have used Apex for over 10 years and will continue to do so. They are honest, show up on time and give suggestions on how to save money. Sandy and get boys take care of us I highly recommend them. Trust worthy!

We had this company install two units in our new home. Reason being a warranty of 10 year on parts and 1st year labor was offered with the purchase of the Carrier units. We are now within days of the warranty expiring(according to our contract) and the system requires the inner coil to be replaced. Stacy at Apex is telling us " they made the mistake of putting a 10 year warranty on a unit that only had a 5 year warranty, and we do not have a valid warranty in place. She also stated if we had used their company for the yearly services ( instead of the one we used) then they would of covered the part. Since we didn't continue with their yearly services and the manufacturer actually only had a 5 year part coverage they will not stand by there contract.
I have a contract that states 10 year warranty on parts from registration date from Apex. Doesn't matter if the manufacturer covers the part (due to Apex mistake or not) the company (Apex) is liable for the unit and its contracted warranty they gave us. Sad to say this company doe not stand behind its contracts.

Apex is a lifesaver. Sandy is pure gold! When my A/C was out for a month and my home warranty gave me the run around, I found Apex by mistake. My home warranty erroneously assigned them. When the actual AC company my home warranty assigned still failed to fix things, I turned to Apex. The tech Daniel was so professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He also explained and showed me the part that failed. I would choose them again in a heartbeat for any project. I now know Daniel does commercial mainly so I don't know how he was assigned to my house but I'm so grateful. I highly recommend them for your residential or commercial heating/air needs!

When our heat and air unit went out I called Eldridge Monday morning. They were able to come out same day and diagnosed the problem,yet another blower motor. We decided to stop sinking money into the 16 year old system and Gavin came out right away and quoted us a new one. Installers Zach and Ivan were here Thursday morning and put in the new unit. They were fast and courteous and answered all of my questions . Very pleased that we now have a worry free working unit. Highly recommend Eldridge service for your heat and air needs.

Great experience. Had two new controllers installed and the surge protector on the HVAC checked. Our technician, Ryan Hargrave did an excellent job. He made sure we were familiar with the new controllers, that we downloaded the app and connected the controllers to wifi and the app.

Jake and Cole installed our new air conditioner at Genoa Healthcare. They came in and quietly and did what they needed to do and they actually moved the unit outside closer to the building and now it isn't a fall hazard. I was really impressed with their work.

Just had a two technicians service my heater. Andrew and Ryan were polite, friendly, professional, and prompt. I would be happy to have them work on any HVAC issues I might have in the future.
