Quality work at a fair price call Neil and his son at 911 Heating and Cooling. Neil went the extra mile to ensure we had cooling. They followed up and came by multiple time to help with cooling the house and even offered his own models due to the 97 degree heat. He was a blessing. I highly recommend his company to all of my family and friends.

After another company quoted me almost $10k to come replace my unit, I called Air 911 to come out for a second opinion. Not only did they arrive hours earlier than expected, they were able to identify the issue in less than 5 minutes saving me $10k. The customer service was also top notch. I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs!

Today was the first time having Air 911 Heating and Cooling come to my house to provide me an estimate on a new HVAC system and perhaps a possible repair to my 30 year old inop A/C system. Owner Neal Spuring, and his son arrived right on time and were very pleasant to meet. I told both of them my A/C sob story which they listened to without interuption. They both then proceeded to look at my system for replacement costs. Neal
talked with me about the various manufacture's of HVAC systems and explained the differences in them. I then asked if he could diagnose my current system which he did for a nominal fee. He indicated my time delay relay was defective which he would need to order to install on Thursday. I agreed and they said good-by until Thursday. About 10 minutes later, Neal called me back to ask if they could both come back and try once more to get my inop A/C going, I said sure thing and they came back to diagnose more items. They pin-pointed a bad transformer which he replaced and then they by-passed my defective time delay relay until the new part came in. This was great as now I had a working A/C system until the new part came in. To me, this was way beyond extra service for any tech to do. I asked if I could pay them up front in which they charged me a very nominal fee for what they done. TO EVERYONE, I completely highly recommend Air 911 and Neal and son for any of your HVAC needs. They were awesome and in my opinion, very reasonable on new HVAC system replacement cost and repair costs. Thank you Neal for such a great job.

I’ve tried a few local companies for my HVAC needs, but this company blew them all out of the water. They were responsive to messaging and the service was fast and professional. They got me an excellent deal on a new unit when mine died and had it installed the very next day. They are my new go to company for anything I need for my HVAC.

They were on time and took time to find the problem. They saved me thousands of dollars by making a simple repair rather than replacing the unit which another service suggested before I called 911 Heat and Air. They are honest and very knowledgeable.

I called on Thursday evening about our AC unit, Neal came out Friday when he said he would. He was honest on what could have been the problem and went above and beyond trying to get the right price for us. We weren’t expecting him back with the part needed until Wednesday and he called Saturday morning saying he would like to come try something before spending hundreds, so he came and did what he said and we now have air. I’m very thankful we went with Air 911 because they were great and truly wanted to help us not break our bank.

If you want honest, hardworking and kind people then look no further. I rarely write reviews, but I do read them. I had to share that I checked with 4 other companies before I found Neal and Nathan. They were by far the best deal (model, price and warranty) and their service is hands down. They came out the same day that I called with a quote, and they were here ready to install the unit 2 days after I gave them the green light. They called back the next day to check on the unit, came back out to do some tweaking and stayed in constant communication with me which is a HUGE deal if you have tried to work with any contractors lately. Good people and I am so glad that they were recommended to me and I used them. I will tell everyone that I run across to use them. Thank you!

The guys were fantastic!
They came out on a Sunday, couldn't get the part that day, but came back the following day to fix it. The furnace was still giving us trouble, but these guys were great! They stuck with it until the furnace was completely fixed! I am very thankful to them!

Wow! We woke up Easter morning to our air conditioner not working. I saw Air 911Heating and Cooling's Facebook advertisement and messaged them about my air conditioning issue.
