They had us in a corner, as our secondary air conditioning unit had failed after fewer than four years of having the home built. It was at the height of the Summer heat and two of our sons have their bedrooms upstairs.

They first said $2000, then changed the quote to $3000. The part was under warranty and, despite my telling them they had already lost a customer before gaining them, they didn't care.

I paid (over $3000 for around 4 hours & 2 techs) but will NOT recommend them!! Thanks to the techs who performed the job but, to the owners, you're losing lasting business for a fast and easy buck when people are in a bind. But you will never have loyal clientele. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Excellent service as always. Robbie came to our house as we had a nice "surprise" of a backed-up toilet after a weekend of teenagers and he worked feverishly on everything for us to get us back up and running. In all my 82 years I have never felt as taken as this company treated me. The person who did the work was very polite. He installed approximately 6 feet of 3/8 copper line and a cut off valve to a fire place. This work took about 4 hours and I just received a bill for $875.00.I hope they can sleep at night after charging people very unreasonable prices. Rest assured I will never do business with them again and definitely won’t recommend them what a ripoff.

Wendell came out to look at my air conditioner after it stopped working last night. He fixed the issue, was very efficient, and was very kind. I would absolutely use this company and Wendell again!

“I want to brag on this company here, Wendell came out after hours when I couldn’t get no one else out within a desired timeline and provided me with a diagnosis and repair options on the spot. He was very detailed on the issues I had with my HVAC system and as thorough as possible. Repaired on the spot!”

Wendell was super informative and very honest about everything he explained. Probed the unit inside and out to give an accurate reading and explanation on what was causing issues. I dont know much about duct work / air units but he was great at dumbing it down for me and spent the time to thouroughly check everything. Keep in mind did all of this free of charge which showed me that he truly cares about his customers. Also worked around my schedule and came the next day from the initial phone call. I would give this company 10 stars if i could would highly recommend because i was given the runaround by many other companies trying to figure out what to do. Wil update after repairs are done but if anything like the service received so far im sure will end up being a book of a Google review
