Professional, fast, trustworthy, quality, patient.
Just moved into an apartment and needed air/heat unit fixed / replaced. First time the owners gave them wrong information, so reschedule but landlord didn't communicate with us. So we missed the. Happened at least one more time. They didn't give up or get annoyed. Just left there card to set it up directly. Just amazing fortitude, diligence and patience. And they did an outstanding job. Very appreciative. Top tier. 10/10

This guy is so busy that he doesn't even bother to respond to respond. I had pretty bad experience. I would never recommend him.

They did not properly hook up hvac system and the condensation line has just been open and draining behind the wall. So it flooded and damaged our floor, drywall and some wood supports. It also caused mildew/mold in our wall. It will cost hundreds to fix so trust me, Go to someone more qualified.

Have used this company for years. Prompt service. Even came out on a Sunday in extremely hot conditions so we could get relief. Very polite, courteous people. Would recommend them to everyone.

I have always used Dwayne for my heating and air repairs. He has been honest and always called me ahead of time to let me know when he would be there. I know he has at least 15 years experience in the business because that's how long I've been using him. Business was previously under a different family name but still operating through the same group of people.

Dewayne was quick in his response to my request to schedule with him. Our job was small. We needed two thermostats switched out. He arrived on time. Got us set up quickly and stay a bit extra to be sure everything was working properly. He was very kind and efficient with our time. We were very pleased with the amount we paid for this job. Poor service. Still waiting for completion of unit after 9 months. Paid twice. No service. No response. Do not use this company. Find a more reputable firm.

I have a home warranty and that's who they use this guy came to my house two times unauthorized the only way I know Is I have ring cameras set up around my house and one of them he shorted out my unit so it would not turn off just continue to run had to call another company out and that's how we found out what they did do not allow these people to touch anything you own

Did not find leak first time cost me 1000 dollars worth of coolant now wants to charge me 1500 more after they found a valve leak to fix and refill

They came out the same day that we called and fixed our air conditioner, replaced the thermostat as well.
Definitely recommend them 👌
