I've been utilizing the services of Central Heat & Air for a few years now. They have provided routine maintenance and service at my rental property and home. When we purchased our home I knew I had an older heat pump that was going to require some care until it was replaced. When it came time to replace the unit I was confident I was making the right decision, and they provided options that could fit most budgets as well as offered satisfactory financing. We also had a second unit that was a problem from the day we moved in that ended up being replaced at the same time. Zach provided me with the initial troubleshooting service and helped me determine which replacement units to choose. When the supply house made some errors, all was resolved within 24 hours. I have probably worked with most of their service (Matt and Zach) or install staff (Larry, Matthew, and Josh) at this point and every single one of them have shown dedication to their craft, customer service, and have been excellent communicators throughout a large unplanned purchase.

We had two professionals st one time. Since we were new to the yearly service and it was fall they checked the air conyitioner and the furnace. They both came on time in 2 different vehicles, we met one young gentleman before. They gredted us and went right to work checking our 2 systems.
So far I think they are a great company and we will see if they are true to their word andput us at the top of the list if there is an emergency. By the way the way thev2 young gentleman were very polite.

Zack provided our recent service and did a great job. He was on time, very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. We have had a great overall experience since purchasing our upstairs and downstairs units from Central Heat and Air!

I needed a mini split installed in a metal building that I have. They were very good about understanding my needs and not over or under estimating what I needed. Josh and Justin Came and did the install. They were very professional in making the area look as neat as possible, and making sure that they met my expectations in a very timely manner.

Central Heat and Air recently installed a ductless mini-split in my downstairs apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Justin and Josh did an excellent job—they were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Frank was also wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

The system works great, and they left the space clean and tidy. I highly recommend Central Heat and Air for anyone needing heating or cooling work done. Great team and great service!

Zack provided excellent service for both of our HVAC units. He treated our home like it was his own. Knowing that someone like him is coming to our home is worth working with Central Heat & Air alone. Also, you can't beat the prices.

I had my 6 month maintenance done today. Nate always takes his time and does a great job. We really appreciate his attention to detail.

Zack went above and beyond on this service call. Even in the middle of a winter storm advisory, he honored the appointment for a unit that was down. The units were less than a year old and part of a new construction project. Zack quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to correct it so the unit could run properly. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism.

This is the second company I have recently used on our heat pump. The first one replaced a part and charged me $400, and indicated he would send out a team to clean the unit at a cost of $1000! Your company sent an experienced man that figured out my thermostat was the wrong one. He replaced that part for $300. He offered a one year maintenance contract and cleaned the unit right then. Have had no more problems!

Shout-out to Zack, Tony, Matt, Josh, and Larry for their professional work! The entire team installed a completely new system at my home 2 days before Xmas. They arrived promptly at 8am and worked through 4:30ish to complete the project (new duct work, new system - the whole deal). They were thorough in making sure 1) we had the proper air return size and cut a new one seamlessly behind the other 2) repaired any damaged duct work leading up to the air vents even if they didn't catch that during the estimate and 3) widened some of the air vents to increase efficiency in addition to the standard install. They all stayed as long as it took to program the new thermostat and teach each other how it works. I was impressed at how leadership worked alongside the staff to get the job done. And I appreciated all the time they took w/ my questions. I've used Central Heat & Air since 2018 and will continue to do so.

Love calling when there is an issue. Responsuve wuick and fair. Terry the tech is knowledgeable and knows the system. We installed a Sensi smart thermostat! Very cool!

Zach can out diagnosed the problem ordered the part and kept in great contact. He was very prompt and detailed oriented. He made sure I understood and everything was working properly. Would 100% recommended central heat and air. This was warranted repair and I never felt slighted.

So happy I found Central Heating and Air…locally owned and operated! I called yesterday and they scheduled me for this morning. The young man they sent (Nate) was not only skilled and efficient but was courteous , respectful and took great pride in his work and my home. Thank you Nate and Central H & A for such great service!!

We had a two split heat pump systems fail at our new to us home. Called Central Heat and Air (they have done my repair work at my previous home), and we decided that the old systems could be repaired, but would be costly and probably unwise given the age of them (Nate was very communicative and helpful). Fast forward, we selected the right units for us, and they were able to fully install and test them within a few days. Installation crew ( Josh and Matt) were great- very professional and helpful, and did a great job! 100% satisfied with the work, the products, and the warranty. Would recommend to my closest friends.

To start with, I wish I could give these guys a 10! They far exceeded my expectations. Tony, the owner truly cares about doing a great job. They replaced my 35 year old system in record time and it is perfect! Believe me this was no small task. Josh, Matt, TJ, Justin & Tony are the absolute best HVAC team around. Larry,,let me tell you about Larry,he is absolutely the best metal fabrication guy I have ever seen .his work is a work of art.Thank you Larry....They answered every question I had in terms I could understand, and were the most polite , most respectable, people I have ever met . Tony came to do the estimate. Not a heavy handed salesman! He listen to what I needed, didn’t oversell and made me aware of specials and rebates that were available.

Josh and Justin came a couple of days later for the install. This wasn’t their first time—they really knew what they were doing. Courteous, happy to explain and great attention to detail. Made sure the install looked great, functioned perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. Great job!

We just purchased a new heat and air unit and Air purifier UV light and both are working perfectly! We had an unpleasant odor that lingered in our home and when Tony recommended the UV light I was very skeptical but after Matt Crackel came and done a great job installing it and explaining how it works in just a couple of days the odor was completely gone! Josh & Justin came and installed our new unit and was such professionals at everything they did even though I was constantly asking questions they were very patient and answered them all with kindness. They explained everything they did and when they left you couldn’t tell they had been there. No mess at all they even swept my basement floor! I would highly recommend this company from start to finish with Rita walking me through the paperwork to Josh & Justin installing the whole process was awesome! Thank you all for such a great experience!
