This,company has been a life saver for us! My mom had no heat or ac and I live out of state so I called this company and they knew and understood our situation and concerns. They kept in contact with us on what needed done and fixed it with no problems and they were very honest and trust worthy with the price We will always recommend this company!

Spencer did an awesome job today. Responded immediately to our call and stayed until the job was done while explaining everything he did in the process. Customer service is a lost art but this company still has it. 5 stars.

Best company in any line of business I have ever used. I had another company come out to look at an a/c unit because they installed it 2 years prior and they told me the unit was not repairable. I called Jeff and Tristin and they scheduled me for a new compressor to be put in the existing unit. They came out and were able to fix the existing unit with no new compressor needed saving me hundreds of dollars. Needless to say I will never use anyone else.

Definitely recommend. Highly efficient, competitive pricing, friendly service, and just a desire to truly help. Would certainly use Jeff again. He not only included my kids in the process of replacing a bad motor, but also saved us thousands from having to immediately replace an entire system.

Fast quotes, solid service, great installation. He did not add when we realized I had the wrong digital thermometer and he had to install a new one. Also, when I went to change my filter first time I accidentally allowed a piece of the wrapper get sucked into the return air, not expecting that much air movement. Called and next morning first thing a tech showed up to remove the paper and show me how should I do it again. No charge😀 .GREAT COMPANY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

what a wholesome company! We were told by multiple other companies that we needed a completely new indoor and outdoor AC unit. we struggled for 5 weeks because these other companies wanted $5,000 and didnt care about fixing the issue but just selling new units. I saw the reviews for liberty HVAC and I had a good feeling. I then called and spoke with the owner Jeff's wife. after speaking with her I had an even better feeling. she took the time to listen to the mess that was going on and she seemed so confident Jeff could fix the issue. After Jeff came out I immediately called my husband and told him this was the company we were going with because my gut told me too. my gut feeling was on point! liberty HVAC saved me thousands of dollars and fixed my unit instead of trying to upsell a new unit. my AC has never ran so well!

Jeff was wonderful! My elderly mother's HVAC had stopped working right as temperatures dropped to the thirties unexpectedly. He came out on a Sunday within minutes of my call. He fixed the issue quickly and had the house comfortable within the hour. We will definitely be using Liberty again in the future.

Jeff at Liberty HVAC is the type of guy you cross your fingers and hope you get when you call a service company. What an outstanding guy! His motto is to always try and repair someting before more costly repairs are needed. Tristin at the office is courteous and very friendly. Being very familiar with HVAC systems myself and the prices other companies charge for various services, Jeff will not steer you wrong. I am SOOO glad I called Jeff and Tristin versus the previous company that came out before them. This is the A/C company you need to call when things go wrong and your trying to sift through all of the companies out there. Believe me, I have paid the cost of searching! Well pleased with their services. We had our 4th unit to be installed by them in June (in 4 different houses) over the last several years.

Temp is well below freezing and unit isn’t working. They aren’t answering calls and voicemail is full. This isn’t the first time we have had problems getting in contact with them. Even when their voicemail is available, they rarely return calls. Do not recommend.

My experience with them was great. They took my schedule into consideration when planning my change out and we're prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

they came out (same day) said it was broken and said we needed a new unit. I requested a quote. I called 5 times now to get a quote from them. I NEVER got a quote. when I called the last time I said "so you guys just don't give quotes?" and the man who answered the phone said I'm just the working if the owner doesn't do something I can't help with that"

Brad and his team are phenomenal. Very professional, got us a new unit installed within 24 hours of calling. Highly recommended!
