Taylor was excellent. He explained everything to me about the problem with my A/C. Loved the covers he wore over his work boots. Taylor got my unit working. Being cool inside this summer is definitely needed!!

We liked everything about Zach. Very friendly and engaging. A good conversationalist, but not so much that he didn’t get right to work. He hustles to get his job down, but is thorough! He was kind to answer all of our questions, but in a way that doesn’t make you feel dumb. Really great guy, and awesome technician. A+

4 out of 5 techs would have told me that I needed a new compressor to fix my problem, costing me thousands or having to replace my unit. I found the 1 honest one and am so grateful. Multiple told me that's what it more than likely was over the phone. One guy came out to diagnose my problem right before Zach and did the same test he did, but it's like Zach had a light bulb moment and said hold on let me see if this will do it before we talk about replacing. Well, he was right! Saved my family thousands in debt that we do not have in these times. I will 100% be spreading the word on every platform I can think of and to friends and family. Hopefully, the owners recognize that the honesty is hard to come by in the trade world but will retain customers & do the marketing for them far more than an install fee. Thank you!!!

It was an emergency on a hot day. Another company told us to repair the AC unit almost one week later. Then I called AirSystems. They told me a technician would come in a couple of hours. I received another call telling me that he would arrive at 1:00 pm. Exactly at 1:00 pm, the technician came! He checked the unit and we secured AC again! He explained what had happened and detailed what we should do in the future. He charged us just for the service fee I was told in advance. Your man's courtesy was impressive! I know what company I will call first in the future!

I wish I could give more stars! I can't say enough great things about AirSystems Unlimited! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our HVAC unit was having issues, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and provided a fair and transparent quote.

Zack with AirSystems Unlimited gave us great service today in getting a problem with our furnace running again. Made the service call within 4 hours of our request. Very responsive in solving the issue and we have heat again! Very reasonable pricing.

Zach has been doing the preventive maintenance on our HVAC system for a while now. It is definitely worth the money so we can catch things early before they become a problem. This last time Zach had to make few adjustments to our furnace, he also cleaned our unit outside, and the visit prior to it, our two capacitors were showing low readings and had to be replaced, thankfully we caught it before outside temperatures reached extreme levels and before our AC unit stopped working. AirSystems Unlimited is a great company, they are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

The most honest, professional and courteous company around! Today was the second time we have used AirSystems and as long as they are open we will always use them for all heating and air needs! They definitely make their customers priority! They get to you very fast and the techs are beyond knowledgeable and very straight forward with you. AirSystems you have wonderful techs and you have a customer for life with us!

Charged 853.00 for parts not needed, did not fix the problem, and will not guarantee their work. Owner hung up on me over the phone. He will not discuss any type of refund or even apologize. I had to pay another company to actually fix the problem of a coolant leak that the Air Systems technician didn't even check according to the owner. They will also try to upsell you parts that are unneeded on routine visits. I wish I had read all of the reviews online... they're bad on YELP.

In my experience, AirSystem Unlimited truly stood out. They showed up, took the issue seriously, and followed through until it was resolved—going above and beyond to make it right.

Even when I brought up a concern others might have brushed off, they addressed it with care and without hesitation. That level of service and accountability is rare, and I deeply appreciate it.

P.S. I was genuinely impressed by how high their review score is—not because I doubted their quality, but because praise is harder to earn than complaints online. The fact that so many people have taken the time to leave positive feedback says a lot about the kind of company they are.

I have used AirSystems for more years than I know, most recently in this awful ice event we have had top notch service and I cannot appreciate the fine people at AirSystems enough. From the technician that came out in the FREEZING temps to the lady that took our call. Thank you again for getting us back up and going and showing such genuine concern for our situation. If you need someone for heat (and air) these are the guys to call.

I started off dealing with Rachel on a warranty issue, paid $70 for a technician to pull in my driveway look at the unit without even getting in to the area that was the problem. He asked me if I wanted him to bypass the problem or to fix it, I said I would like it fixed. Later that day Rachel emailed me letting me know she was ordering the part. The labor was $185 an hour, which I balked at due to every other HVAC company in town charges $60 an hour. My commercial AC repair guy that does heavy commercial work charges $75 an hour.
I explained to Rachel I would use her more, that I own multiple homes, if they wasn't trying to retire off of one guy in a joking sort of manner. After I told her to go ahead and order the part. That's when the Hot Head owner William Brooks jumped on the email and explain to me that he was going to need to explain how overhead Works to me so I explained I understand why he's ripping me off, I explain to him I was an accountant and needed to explain to him how to run a business if he has to charge $185 an hour to stay in business. His last message was he was not going to fix my unit under warranty. Which the unit still has two more years warranty on. He refused to fix my unit at all. The bottom line here folks, he has a cake job with Pratt installing new units and could care less if the ones he installs breakdown. And if he has to fix the unit he's going to charge you triple to do it.

So if you want to be talked to like a dog, ripped off, and treated with no respect this is your company I would highly recommend them in that case, otherwise I would suggest any number of people in Chattanooga I've used most all of them and they're all wonderful I've had no issues and there 1/3 the cost.

The total cost with them the part being free was $300 for a job the technician told me it would take about 15 minutes for him to do.

My favorite saying from dishonest people is how long they've been in business when they ignore your concerns. It's like they're saying you don't matter we'll continue ripping off the people who don't care, because we've been successful at doing it for 38 years.

But the real story is this, they have a posh gig with the builders installing new units and quite honestly could care less about servicing them afterwards. There attitude would change if they had to rely on serviceing the units as their primary source of income. If the businesses and the builders quit using them, they go broke, for that reason, I will make it my mission for all the builders to know what their mentality and attitudes are like after they sell a home. Their service history and follow-up is the garbage! Overcharging 185.00 an hour, check it out folks you will pay a third of that with every other company in town. Don't believe me, check it out. They want $300 was my total cost for labor only for a 15 minute job, if that's not highway robbery I don't know what is?
