Charles was able to diagnose my old system but I chose to have him replace it due to the age. His technicians were on time, polite and had the air working within the day which was nice.

I have been a customer of Discount Heating & Cooling for 11 years. The service I have received over this period of time has been without exception, outstanding. Charles is honest, respectful and knowledgeable, seemingly rare traits in today's service world. Nothing but good things to say.

I can't express enough words for Charles and his company . Professional and courtesy . The service is beyond exceptional. He took the extra step and resolved the issue. We've had called several other companies in the past hoping that the issue would be corrected we kinda gave up till today.We were expecting to have to get a new unit but praise God it was the fuse..And Discount Heating & Cooling lives up to their name on prices ..I would highly recommend them !!!

Charles and his team did an outstanding job. Very professional and courteous. Removed old a/c unit/gas furnace and replaced with a new 4 ton Bryant. Arrived on time, completed the task with no issues and very detail oriented. They installed a new wi-fi thermostat and even replaced the thermostat on my second older unit. After a couple of weeks after the job was complete, I asked Charles to come back to adjust my fan speed to decrease the noise, which he promptly did -- Great customer service! His pricing was very competitive as well. Highly recommend.

I very rarely leave business reviews anymore due to them being drown in common everyday complaints, however, this business and it's owner definitely deserves this exception ! It can be very difficult nowadays to find a fast, efficient, competent, clean and reasonably priced professional. All of the work performed was done perfectly, with no details missed. My entire split heat pump system with new ventilation, lines, and all required parts, was installed on the day promised within 6 to 8 hours. No mess was left for me to clean up. All communication was clear and to the point. The price for this entire install was better than all other estimates I had. Its easy to tell when you are dealing with an intelligent individual who takes pride in their work !!!

I purchased a used unit form Justin and he guaranteed it for 6 months but after a couple months (Feb20, 2023) the compressor went out (and when I let him know on Feb 20, he didn't show up to check it til March 15th to even look at what was wrong) which at that time told me it was a $827 repair so Justin thought it would be smarter for us to purchase a larger unit (3 ton) instead of fixing the one he already installed which I agree to since he was taking off the cost of the Compressor repair. He asked me to put down a $500 deposit for the new unit (that he would charge me $3900 which was normal $4700) so he could reserve the unit at a reduced costing then said he could pick it up and install it on Friday April 7th. After months of excuses we never received the unit which was for our show dogs. After months of begging him to install the unit we paid for and even begging him to drop it off so another installer of our choice could instill it he never showed up or communicated again. Summer came and it was 89 degrees in the dog room (a 28 x 48 area) even with a very large window unit in so we had no choice but to fix the 2.5 ton unit which we were charged $1800 for the new compressor and clean out. Justin Walker completely ignored all of our messages and stole our money from us. DO NOT US THIS GUY! If you want proof to what I'm saying I can send you all the text massages and Venmo payments we've sent him including the invoice from the company that repaired the old unit. I've sued him in court and won but he will not even respond....all I wanted was our money back for the unit. Please let the town of Cleveland know this guy will steal from you. Our dogs suffered from this guy and cost us thousands.

I called, they came the next day…. He looked like he was 16, could be because I’m 60. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He located the problem very quickly but checked the rest of the system to make sure there were no more problems lurking…. Great service.

These guys have done work for me for years and do a fantastic job.

The AirSystems technician, Zach, arrived within the scheduled time period and promptly began to perform the work (i.e., pre-winter season check, preventative maintenance, and cleaning). When completed, Zach reported our heat pump systems were in excellent condition.

It was good to see Zach, again. He always does great work!

I have an annual hvac contract. Today was my fall inspection & I also asked to have my pilot light lit on the gas logs. Taylor arrived on time and worked efficiently. Good company. Easy to reach by phone for scheduling.

We woke up Sunday morning to an AC unit not working. I put in an online request that day and got a call back first thing Monday morning. Taylor came out very quickly and made repairs. He explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommend this place!

We had had 3 other companies- each costing us a hundreds of dollars- over the course of a year and a half. In the end we would always have the same problem. SO everybody seemed to be guessing and it was just costing a fortune..then Taylor came and he was able to finally tell us definitely what was wrong and for a reasonable fee got us in working condition. He is a TRUE expert who really knows what he is talking about and can show you and explain it to you! He is very upfront and honest. I wish I had him here first instead of all those other guys we had over for so many hundreds of dollars.

Taylor was so very pleasant and respectful. He showed me the problems, both inside and outside and advised exactly what needed to be done to correct. He left to obtain necessary parts and came back and completed the job in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and explained in complete detail what he was doing. Taylor is a TRUE ASSET to your company and we are so glad he was sent as our technician.

I had AirSystems come out to diagnose my non-functioning AC system. When I called to make the appointment the receptionist was professional and sweet. The service technician, Taylor, was very polite and thorough. He explained step-by-step his troubleshooting process to determine what the issue was and explained all my options clearly.

Taylor was professional, knew what he was doing, he worked fast and efficient. Taylor was able to identify the issue with the
HVAC very quickly and had it fixed in no time flat. Would highly recommend AirSystems and Taylor represents the company well.
