I ended up signing up for their subscription model to come and perform yearly check on my system along with extra benefits. The young men that replaced all my ductwork were very professional. Nice to see nowadays! They explained what had happened, what to keep an eye out for (animals), and why I had so many problems.
Because of Elite, I can now have ac and heat without breathing all the crap under the house. My lungs thank you!!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Jake is fantastic! My son just bought a house on Friday, and the air went out on Saturday. Excellent and professional experience dealing with the entire crew.
I initially used Elite to get a second opinion after an annual service by another company revealed issue with our HVAC system. Elite came out and inspected both systems and gave me a quote to both repair and replace the systems, without using pressure tactics to encourage replacement like the original company.
I opted to replace one system during a very hot week before we had family come to town; they where very responsive and able to come out on short notice to replace upstairs system.
The crew was incredibly respectful, professional, and friendly during the initial inspection and two subsequent installation visits.
