Daniel was very knowledgeable concerning the problems with my heat system. When he first came in he put on shoe protection as to not make any mess after snow had melted. I really liked this young man and he had HomeServe call me and explain what is to be done to get my heat system up and running. Thank you for sending this young technician. He knew what needing doing to help this HomeServe customer and he did it.

DynaMech was wonderful to work with! I really felt taken care of through the entire process and communication was fantastic, especially after I got ghosted by a different company. Being new to the area, everyone at DynaMech gave me peace of mind in choosing them to replace my entire AC unit and duct work!

The crew were very sharp and identified all of the areas where drains had been affected so that a comprehensive quote could be put together. Thankfully their prices were also readily approved by the insurance, and so within 2 days I had the busted supply lines repairs, and within a week of calling them the drains into the septic are repaired as well!

Daniel came to replace our capacitor and went the extra mile to fix a gas leak even though it wasn’t scheduled. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing.

Prior to that, Austin had been here to design a unit-move and had just happened to smell what he thought was a gas leak. Follow-up tests showed we indeed had a couple of leaks (pictured below).

Daniel came out in the freezing rain today and was able to fix our problem of no heat. He was very professional and friendly. This is the best HVAC company that we have ever used. They have good prices and a great work ethic, can't recommend them enough.

Matt was wonderful. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was working. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I have any more issues. We had issue with both heat and heat pump units.

Our 6 year old LED can lights in our kitchen and sunroom started flickering and needed to be replaced along with our vanity lights in the bathroom.

Austin the owner came out last Friday and did a thorough assessment of the project He sent me an estimate by the end of the same day. I approved it Monday and this morning (Wednesday)the electricians arrived and completed the project by noon.

Matt and James the electricians were prompt, courteous, and efficient with time. They completed the project by noon and cleaned up their mess before they left. That rarely happens from our experience.

I have attached photos of the completed project. They installed the coolest dimmable can lights in the kitchen and sun room with radial lighting that can be used as a night light. It looks like something Captain Kirk would have on the command deck of the Enterprise.

Very pleased with the installation and I am having them back to install under cabinet lighting. Glad to know they also do HVAC and plumbing as well.

Daniel and Clayton did a great job! They fixed a plumbing issue I was having at my salon. They walked me through the issue and showed me how they were fixing it. Very knowledgeable and professional!!!

Over the last 2 days I have had the pleasure of having Matthew, Bailey, Sam and Daniel replace and install some electrical and HVAC components in my shop. Matthew especially is very careful and particular about how he does his work. I appreciate that, as I myself am a bit of a perfectionist. DynaMech has been very responsive and easy to work with. They gave me a detailed estimate and called to go over it with me. Their system allowed me to approve or decline their options directly from the email. You can tell that this company is really well run and strives to do good work and have happy customers.

Sam worked on the first day and Silas and Corbin worked the next day. They were very professional, hard working, polite and knowelable. I enjoyed watching and talking wih them. Great job! The terrain was rough outside but they navigated beautifully and got the old tank out the new one all hooked up and insisted on clearing up anything tracked in the mud room (leaves that couldn’t be helped). I will definitely be looking to them for my future hvac work.

Technician Sam came to diagnose our unit (when he said he would) and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my many questions. Being parents of special needs kids and a kid that has trouble regulating his temperature, it put my mind at ease, how quickly they came and responded to our situation. Technician Daniel came and completed the repairs and we were thrilled when they informed us that our system was still under warranty, completing the necessary paperwork for us. The whole process from talking to the friendly receptionist, Jeanna, to scheduling a technician was very easy and seamless. I am very happy we chose them, and would use them again.
