Chandler and his team did a great job with purchasing and installing our mini split.

They were very professional and recognized the issue in about 3 minutes. He even brought the part down with him from his truck since he was so confident he knew the issue without actually seeing the unit. About 15 minutes later, they were finished and we were back with cold air flowing again. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Stafford Heating and Air! It was so easy to go online, chose my appt time (first one was within a hour!!) and then my technician (Justin) came and took care of our problem within the hour! Very impressed with his knowledge and that he also had the parts with him! I highly recommend! Prices were very reasonable!

Stafford sent their tech DJ (he's first rate) out and he quickly found and fixed the problem, explained to me what had happened, and showed me what I needed to do to keep the issue from happening again. Great service and professional technician. Always a pleasure to work with them. Love the maintenance contracts. Had them previously and forgot to renew, but today was able to renew the contract along with getting the. Repair done for a very reasonable price.

Mark was great. He was friendly and made sure that we didn’t have any questions or concerns.
So often now, it seems that people are “rushing through” the task at hand…but Mark took the time needed to make sure everything was done and our units were good for the winter season. He even searched for and found a secondary heating unit in the crawl space under the house that I didn’t even realize we had. When I told him that we only had one unit, he could have easily just checked the one and then went on to his next appointment, but he followed lines and pipes to locate the second unit I didn’t even know was there.
All of that to say, the integrity of making sure everything was done and done right is sometimes lacking in companies…so we greatly appreciated the integrity and service from Mark at Stafford Heating and Air.

I contacted them a little around 1pm on a Saturday. He came out within the hour & resurrected the dead fan within an hour on the 3rd pm. Man was very experienced & transparent as can be. Fair price.

Man, I am so impressed with Stafford’s. This is the 4th interaction with one of their techs (Mark). This was for a fall checkup. So thorough, explaining what and why. Chandler has a really good thing going here.

I had to call for service in the middle of a 26degree night. Chandler was out within 45 min. While the break couldn’t be fixed that night, they didn’t have the part on hand, a technician was at my home at 8am the next morning. And the repair was done before 11am. All interactions were professional and prompt. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need assistance.

I reported Saturday morning that my heat was malfunctioning and that it had turned off sometime during the night. They were out within two hours to identify and replace a failed part. The tech called with a window of time he would be out and communicated well during the repair. Timely response and good communication leads to a very satisfied customer, I will continue to utilize Stafford Air for all a/c services.

Great company to do business with. They came out and accessed the problem, give me a price to repair and give me time to decide if that was the way I wanted to go and then ordered the parts and was out the next day to repair it. And the price was as quoted. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround.

Great company that stands behind their work, the owner is very involved and works hard to give quality service, I own multiple properties and they have been handling all of them for years from service calls to new installs, would recommend these guys to build a partnership with.

This is an amazing company. We had our until worked on 4 times before they came out! The other company charged us an arm and leg. It ended up being none of the parts they said and replaced. We was without a unit until someone recommended these guys. They come out the same day and the price plus quality can’t be beat. We would highly recommend them!

Needed duct work replaced but unit went out in the process. The whole crew was friendly and speedy in the process on replacing the part in the unit and the duct. Answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Would recommend them for sure.
