I called at 7:59am on a Monday and they had one of their technicians at my house by 10am! The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the problem and went to working on it. This is the 2nd time I've used Stafford and both times have been great experiences. I'll definitely use them again. And, I have and will recommend them!
