The Springdale employees are always courteous, friendly when dealing with any problem or question I may have. Brandon was my technician on this maintenance service. Arrived on time serviced my units and was pleasant to talk to.

Great service. The office staff and Jake, the salesman, were all pleasant and helpful and my unit was installed in 3 days. Tanner and Alex (AK) went over and beyond to keep me updated and were mindful of any debris or dirt due to install. Nothing was left behind. Matt stopped by and actually remembered my previous install in 2011. You were all amazing and delightful to work with. Thank you, Springdale.

John came over because my thermostat wasn’t properly calibrated. He calibrated, then showed me how to do it myself in the future if necessary.
Great service as always from Springdale. Repair was done under my 10 year parts and labor warranty.

Brandon came out and serviced my unit today and was very professional and thorough. He explained everything that was needed and explained the importance of regular maintenance. He was very polite and cleaned everything up when he finished. I would highly recommend Springdale and ask for Brandon.

Both men were forthcoming with information, they were conversational and pleasant. They represented your company quite well and it was definitely a lunch-worthy experience.

This was a free maintenance call per our contract. This was the second out of four we should receive.

Wonderful experience!! Matt & Doyle gave us awesome information about how the service worked. Then Aidan and Steve did an excellent job cleaning everything. We were very pleased & they went above & beyond sealing vents and even added new dryer vent cover since they found ours damaged.

Lee came on time, introduced himself, asked if I have been having any problems, then got right to work. He let me know when he was finished. He was polite and personable, and instilled complete confidence. Springdale has been great in maintaining our unit.

They installed a new unit and service the unit at our rental property and repaired the unit at our residence.

Tony and Andy were great! Worked outside in the bitter cold to install my new unit. Great company but even greater employees! Would highly recommend.

Needed duct work cleaned out after a remodel. Easy scheduling process with prompt service. Sales men were very thorough explaining their services provided with a non pressuring demeanor. The workers on our job were excellent. They included me by keeping me informed step by step. They fixed an unknown problem with duct work and the work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

We had them do a duct and coil cleaning for us, and they did an awesome job.

They were very honest about what was needed and what was likely not needed. The service technician, Alex, was very courteous, explained the process clearly, and completed the project for us.

Alex and Steven (Stephen) were awesome.! We had an emergency ductwork event. They were out first thing the next day, surveyed the job, jumped right into action to made the necessary repairs. Lee Anderson came out to do a spring service check up on our unit. Lee was very personable and professional. After checking over our unit he explained everything he did. You can tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his job.

I needed a new heat strip due to mine failing and Lee got it squared away fast. He was very friendly and explained the issue and what needed to be done. I’m very Thankful for the service provided. Would absolutely use the service provider again!

Springdale AC Heating and Air is honestly one of the best HVAC companies I’ve ever worked with. From the moment I called, their customer service was super friendly, patient, and helpful. I think her name was Kimberly. She got me scheduled quickly and kept me updated every step of the way.

The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They diagnosed the issue fast and had my system running better than it has in years. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
