Don't ever use this company ,crooks brand new unit never worked from day one over a year using window units said inside unit had to be taken out and cleaned it was a lie ,weld job looked like a 7 year olds works leaked all gas out we got another company who said unit isn't that dirty he had to reweld fix leak and fill back up with freon or gas and now my ac works better than ever ,you will be sorry if you use them and I'm not the only person they've done a horrible job and they've had to call another company

They sell used parts as new, they don't pull a vavuum, and they don't have a single certified technician. Don't use them I warn you they'll screw you over. He also has his brother driving a company vehicle without a license.

My home warranty uses All American HVAC..and I found them to be pleasant and the service was great!

Nearly got ran over just now by one of their vans driving recklessly in a parking lot. Never used, never will. Don't call them to your home they'll probably run over your dog.

Service was performed with the utmost professionalism and promptness. The technician explained the process and offered recommendations. Was able to easily and quickly troubleshoot a problem with our existing unit. Great response and very easy to work with.

Never use this company. Over the past few weeks it's been one thing after another, and now our unit is down for around 3-4 more days due to the company needing to order a part. Over these past few weeks, my wife and I would call to get an update - they would have no information and often forget about us. Please, please, please - find an alternative.

Great service and very professional! They went above and beyond. Will continue to use All American for our air conditioning and heating services. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or having a problem with the old.

My warranty company chose All Ameticam Htg and Air. We started off very rocky. Warranty company stated they would be here between 11am - 2pm on July 6th (A/C has been out since July 3rd, temperature reaching 101 dgrees) advised they would be here on the 7th, I was livid....they called back stating they would be here
in 25 minutes. Don't know where the mix up happened but grateful they got me cool. THANKS MUCH

The staff and owners were such kind, caring people (10 years ago) when they fixed my unit. They worked into the night, and when they couldnt fix the problem right away, they offered to go get me several space heaters to assure that I would be warm that night. I have always wished I could thank them for going above and beyond the call of duty, but I couldn't remember their name. Last week, i needed HVAC repairs and by coincidence, it was them who came to look at it. Brian even remembered me from 10 years ago. They are great, caring people, who are prompt and thorough.

Excellent Service!!! No other HVAC company has ever been as faithful & dependable for my HVAC needs. I've been completely satisfied. If I call for a service, or a problem... a staff member is here as quickly as humanly possible. The entire staff is professional and respectful. I will only use All American Heating & Air Conditioning as long as I live in this area. They work many counties, yet they treat me as if I'm the only customer that matters when I need them.

Avoid this company at all cost! They are unprofessional, rude and lazy! They have been to my house 4 times and supposedly replaced a coil and a leak,but my AC has frozen up twice since they "repaired" it. The last time the tech was here,he wanted to just throw coolant in it and let it continue to leak out so he could keep getting his 70/hr labor fee,instead of looking for the actual leak. The owner is just as bad,lost the 350.00 check we wrote them for replacing a coil, we re wrote it even though their work was not done and never fixed our problem,then he had the audacity to be rude on the phone when his shotty work was questioned. Not sure how they are still in business. They are TERRIBLE. I wish I had seen all these other negative reviews before I called them the first time!

I had to use these guys because of my home warranty contract and boy do I regret it. The installed a new unit and told me they would have to make a rain shield for it. Never did. A year later and I'm having issues with stuff getting in the unit and parts going bad every time it rains. The promised to get a shield on it multiple times and I'm still waiting. They have not problem taking your money and not delivering.

I would go to literally any other company for your AC or Heating. Their units go out within a couple years and they will try to charge you thousands if you want it fixed. Even if they say they’ll make it right, they’ll lie and not come back. I would keep looking! Good luck!

These guys work under CHOICE Home Warranty and were sent out. I was told that my unit was failing and needed to be replace. Followed with a hard sell, "Limited time! Only available in the next 5 minutes..."

Upon TWO other inspection I was told that there was no way for All American to reach these conclusions that they did without entering the property and checking the attic unit. Also they disagreed with the other determinations of All American that the unit needed anything but cleaned.

I reported this to CHOICE and asked CHOICE to reconsider them as a contractor. I would not recommend CHOICE or All American.

My sister used them to install a new A/C unit. They didn't flash the unit and the unit had no bottom. Rodents got into the house and ate the duct work, feces/urine everywhere. All American came to the house without an appointment and flashed the unit but trapped the rodents in the house causing further damage. All American won't file a claim with their insurance company and the home warranty company who dispatched them won't do anything. Now paying out of pocket to have duct work replaced. Don't use them. They are rude, shoddy work and disrespectful.

Brian and they guys were amazing .They worked in the pouring rain to install my new a/c unit in 6 inch deep mud . They were very professional and friendly.thanks guys!

I was pleasantly surprised they had someone at my home just a few hours after I made the call. I had a very old unit and they installed a new one the very next day! They were very professional and friendly. Best of all, my electric bill dropped! Wish I would’ve called them sooner! Thank you All American. :)

I will never allow this company in my home again. They made a mess of our two year old unit. They claimed they fixed it when they did not. We have more problems then when they first started. They attempted to take our $300 thermostat saying it was broken and gave us a $20 unit that did not work. Our warranty company sent them to us. If you are required to use this company ask for a different one.

I had an ac problem, my ac could not keep my house cool. They, came over, and said rats had chewed a hole in my ductwork and charged me $100.00 +$30.00 for duct tape, to patch the hole. They didn't say anything about the collapsed ductwork or the fact my ducting was on the ground, not strapped up. I complained and they stopped taking my calls. To get them to answer the phone, I had to get the warranty company to call them, 3 times. They finally showed up and replaced my ductwork but they left the kitchen vent closed off, again they would not take my calls, again the warranty company had to contact them. Couple of days later, I was sleeping and my dog woke me up growling then my doorbell rang , it was them and they came in and try to convince me that my vent worked the entire time. I walked out and saw that the crawl space door was not closed. . They went under my house, fixed the vent and then tried to extort me. If you use them, watch them, they are not professional or trustworthy.
